charm has a variety of effects but you need the right talents to unlock them, im assuming the stun is a rare or legendary talent since i've never seen it before. on my charisma character being charmed makes enemies take more damage from me and deal less damage to me, and it makes allies stand up faster from being knocked if they're charmed. i also charm when i hit with any mantra, not just Sing.
its a rare talent, i just got it, apparently there's a talent that makes it so that any enemy I hit with sing that's already charmed gets stunned instead
i swear,the Bodyguard Friend ( Talent that let those Guard attack enemy if they attack you ) is bad some way If the guy get chasing by the guard running away,and the guard give up to fight that guy,that guy can go back and kill you,the guard just standing in that place watch u get killed :shrug:

Removes any vow of masteries the player has, grants vacant flaw which takes away your ability to enter castle light regardless of if you went through whirlpolols or not and you can't make anymore vow of masteries. (Vacant flaw removes your soul which is why such things happen)

There’s a legendary talent for the charm effects, if a enemy gets flourished while charmed they don’t get knocked back instead dazed

when you do it on 1 person it goes on cooldown for everyone

The guards will keep chasing him my friend got wiped from attacking me then he tried to run and they kept following hom

You need about 45-51 willpower to get it, u also need fire magic
You only need 40 willpower and 70 flame charm, then just wait until it shows up in your level up cards
