The Towns of Karen and Sharon started off as workers villages which became more developed with time.

with the train warehouses, you can make the train out of it straight like you would attach to a park path, you still have the nubbin at a 45 degree angle but you can get a line out straight.
Very pleased to hear you acknowledge the Simpsons reference with the power plant and fishing! When you were placing the office prop at the entrance to the factory I thought the road maintenance depot could look good too (and is in my view an under appreciated asset)

Nice build as always. What could be a neat idea is adding a Soccer pitch to each factory. A bit of sporting rivalry in the vein of Adidas and Puma. In Germany, the owners were brothers who fell out. They founded rival companies ( Adidas and Puma) on different banks of the river. The rivalry came to the workers too and they played football against each other 😊⚽️
I feel like it's been a long time since we've seen the view from those viewing decks you built on top of that mountain ages ago. Maybe give us a look from up there in one of your next videos?
there is a subway (underground) line running underneath. is there any particular reason you did not add a stop in the industrial area? you added a lot of pedestrian pathways, seems like a good spot to add a subway access point as well.
No real reason, I thought maybe with the trolley bus here and metro stops in Karen & Sharon just either side, it might have been too much but we can certainly add one in!
The trash incinerator you placed in the Sharon Industrial Area looks like Sharon giving Karen a middle finger after Karen puts the poo facility next to it.
Really cool build idea, its quite a shame there isn’t any industrial props and possibly no props period for CS2! 😟 I do have my stipulations for a nuclear power plant in an area filled with angry middle aged women 😂 just one quick suggestion move the rail headquarters in the space behind the highway and the food factory just to give the food factory a bit more center stage! Loved hanging around and chatting on the stream a few days ago!

I love the fact that Sharon basically gained a massive contract to build a food factory that would be a massive source of income for the town and karren literally shit on it by signing off on having waste processing building built pretty much across the street, I love this series so much
With a metro as big as Orchid Bay, where's the major intestate that has exits into the suburbs you've created, and that goes thru downtown or passes in close proximity to downtown- with a nice visual approach into the city- like most major cities in the world-or atleast in the US? Or, where's the major interchange, either with another major interstate or with a spur going into downtown, with a nice visual approach into the city. That would be realistic and cool.

A little concerned that these are two cul de sacs from a fire safety POV. A one way street out of each would give people ways out and ease access for emergency services if needs be. If you really want to force the toll booths as security aspect do pedestrian streets.

Why would you have a waste processing plant next to where they process food. Seems like a contamination issue. You should put it over by the open area to the left of the Sharon Railyard making it closer to Karen's area since Karan put the sewage plant closer to Sharon.
