The haters don't wanna let go and lack an open mind. I literally learned today that Linkin Park has Emily. I gave it a chance and loved it. Then saw an interview with her, and she started as a fan, building that passion. She's making it her own, while also being a tribute. Then I saw this video. She deserves all the flowers in the world... this is talent.
@harryjpotter7 I don't think it's as simple as calling everyone "haters". It's all personal taste. Years ago a friend tried to get me into Dead Sara and just thought they were a bang average band. I didn't hate the new LP album, but not going to pretend it is amazing either. Returned here to see if I was wrong about Dead Sara, and I stand by my original thoughts. There's much better vocalists out there than Emily, BUT I respect that that's what Mike felt was the best fit for the band, and that's fair enough too.

I've been listening to Dead Sara since 2013. I'm glad u LP fans found Emily. I never liked LP, so naturally her being the new singer. I knew people would find Dead Sara. I'm glad they're finally getting the recognition they deserve.
This is what I felt too. LP is on the mainstream side and I’m a big fan listening to indie/grunge/experimantal. Dead Sara is one of those bands who has an incredible talent like Emily and the members that needs to be seen by music lovers like us.
About damn time. I hope people who say that music nowadays sucks realize there's a whole lot of really great bands out there they've been missing out on. Dead Sara has been rocking for so long. I'm soooo happy they're getting the attention now that they should have gotten years ago.
Lots of people complaining that she “can’t sing” after seeing her join Linkin Park. Well, she may not be able to sing exactly like Chester, but clearly she can sing - and in her own style with her own voice. She’s not trying to replace Chester.
I think it has to do with the fact that she is singing someone else’s songs this will take a toll emotionally psychologically like if she plays her own stuff it will be better for sure cheers they need to let go j feel cheers

Not gonna lie, I'm kinda furious that most of the world didn't hear about Dead Sara til now - me included. Am bingeing their songs now and they're all incredible. This one in particular is an absolute banger. Holy moly! LOVE IT Dead Sara.
