Otsutsuki god does not exist yet in boruto and states that any otsutsuki can become otsutsuki god if they gained enough chakra fruit and eat it and that's what ishiki and other of his clan member whant to be.
And we all know boruto is 80 percent otsutsuki, and he has a pure eye called jougan and its look similar to the eye of the god of otsutsuki and i think its strong dojutsu that well help him when he fight stronger oponent like otsutsuki.
