I told myself when i started training mma that if i ever made it onto a fight card, no matter how small or big the stage, that this is the song id come out to. 3 years later, i fought in a local mma tournament (lost by split decision, semi finals. Fair score, no excuses) and this song hit the speakers, i could FEEL the bass, thru the curtain i stepped n seen the entire crowd (a little over 1300 ppl) bobbing their head in unison, and i got chills. It was sooo dope. Then like an idiot, i switched it up to "Hate Me Now" by Nas for the semi finals n got beat lol, and planned on "Triumph" by Wu-Tang if i made it to the finals but lost 29-28 30-27 28-29 (only scorecard i won lol). Pretty awesome memory. Shit got me so hype to step thru the gate into the cage n hear the click of the lock closing me in to brawl. Damn i miss fighting!

I told myself when i started training mma that if i ever made it onto a fight card, no matter how small or big the stage, that this is the song id come out to. 3 years later, i fought in a local mma tournament (lost by split decision, semi finals. Fair score, no excuses) and this song hit the speakers, i could FEEL the bass, thru the curtain i stepped n seen the entire crowd (a little over 1300 ppl) bobbing their head in unison, and i got chills. It was sooo dope. Then like an idiot, i switched it up to "Hate Me Now" by Nas for the semi finals n got beat lol, and planned on "Triumph" by Wu-Tang if i made it to the finals but lost 29-28 30-27 28-29 (only scorecard i won lol).
Pretty awesome memory. Shit got me so hype to step thru the gate into the cage n hear the click of the lock closing me in to brawl.
