From the very beginning where BTS is having a hard time until today where BTS is continuously achieving the best that they can be, they never leave them. They never doubt about BTS' capability. You could see that their care and love toward BTS is sincere because they cried, smiled, and cheered everytime BTS got an award. They cry because they knew the hardships that BTS have encountered and they knew that BTS deserve what they have right now. Kudos to the staff!

Its nice that they have good relationships with their staff and stylists. One of my friends has worked with BTS a few times before as stage staff at their earlier concerts. She has a photo of her and taehyung. She said she asked for a photo and didnt expect him to actually come up and hug her but he did. The photo is of them hugging with huge smiles. It so cute. She said they are very respectful and nice in person.

These people are the heroes behind the curtain, the ones who make sure that our boys are always in tiptop shape, they are the ones who make sure they are in their best and are the ones who protect them wherever they go..they are the ones who see how BTS really is behind the camera, all the pressure and the hardships, so they have the right to all the victories as well
I love how the Staff takes care of BTS just like their own children. It makes me feel better that we’re not the only ones taking care of them

Its nice that they have good relationships with their staff and stylists. One of my friends has worked with BTS a few times before as stage staff at their earlier concerts. She has a photo of her and taehyung. She said she asked for a photo and didnt expect him to actually come up and hug her but he did. The photo is of them hugging with huge smiles. It so cute. She said they are very respectful and nice in person.

Will always remember that staff that kept scolding taehyung in trainee days so he would practice nd taehyung would slack off only for all his efforts to be rewarded bcz that same staff recommended him for bts bcz he/she believed in him. Kudos to that (it's taehyung that talked abt it in a Japanese interview) I feel like bts relationship with their staff is like IU one with her staff, very close.they always thank them by name in credits
