Love it, how do you make the yoghurt,haiying ? Is it the same process of making yogurt for dessert?

Yes. This is exactly the same yogurt I made for drinking, baking, cream cheese and tiramisu. I don’t put sugar when making yogurt. I drain it to concentrate then sweeten or salt it respectively for its purpose.
