hello my Russian friend, Those 2 silver bags are our warm food. We pour water in a sort of cooking pan called a Messtin and then you put those 2 bags in them without opening them. We have those matches to light up a piece of Esbit wich we put into a small, metallic standard called a Kochertje. When you get the feeling those bags are warm enough you can open them up and eat.
