Today's news on Newswire says a DG of Unesco (a French lady) will be touring Sri Lanka with a view to start a big archaeological project in A'pura in a systematic way and that several world renowned universities also will be collaborating in it. It appears that world attention is being drawn to our country. May be this the result of efforts by you all. This will be a golden opportunity for Prof also to get involved in it if it materialise in a meaningful way.

Why I am mentioning it here: perhaps in 80s there was a resurgence of spirits of youths in that country. They would play it in their Mercs and BMWs and do 240 on the Autobahn. Similarly, it's time that there is a waking up or flipping of spirits in the youths of this country. This professor is doing a great service in this regard.
