For me, I have a debating background - and I going to FLOW this debate. I will watching to see the two asking the questions are asking neutral questions and allowing each candidate to offer their positions or if either asking questions has their thumb on the scales and is offering a HELPING HAND or a HURDLE to either candidate. IF those asking the questions are not neutral this will not be a DEBATE at all. And for me even before this debate happens I have questions to the Democrat Party demanded conditions. While some are focused on why a particular network and particular people were chosen to ask the questions, I was stung by the fact the DEMS don't want WE the PEOPLE there? WHY? When you start adding all the DEMOCRAT conditions/demands it makes me question the strength and confidence the DEMOCRAT PARTY has before the gate is even opened! CLEARLY the fairness of the people asking matters. But I will also be paying attention to set design, how how each candidate is lit and filmed, any broadcast time, delays, and anything that can be viewed as subliminal messages. It all matters to the veracity of the event, planners, and participants. I recall when CNN was THE station where immediate and raw coverage was common. This could offer CNN an opportunity to regain some legitimacy long lost by over a decade of delivering political propaganda.
