Already, this means over 100,000 people are now aware of EB who wouldn't have known it existed otherwise. Thank you so much for making the world a more understanding place for my friend and other EB sufferers.

Yummy Sounds Glad you ask Yummy so I can make clear that my dislike for Twitter it is not related to TH fan interaction at all. It is just my experience with it.
I have to be in social media because of my work. I am a RUclips partner, a blogger, etc and my experience with all of them is great. I made real life friends I even got presents and nice letters in the mail. I get the occasional weird proposal but not hate.
The feeling I get from Twitter is darker. People get very intense for very little.

I personally don't know anyone with this particular kind, but I've been reading about it and another called neurofibromatosis and getting awareness to helping those AMAZING and talented medical researchers to help find treatments and even cures is something that really needs to go viral!
