Just bought my 24 limited. I have the same door gaps. They make a seal to go in the windshield frame to help them corners… ask the dealer about that… I have noticed my Honda pioneer had a hair more power… I personally like the lower tech dash (less bugs in lower tech)… but I’m with you on the AC controls… that needs updating… I also bought a toolbox where I’d had a place to lock up my stuff… that’s my main issue, why didn’t they put door locks on this machine???? Keep the videos coming!!!
Easy fix on the windshield leak. 25 has a little weatherstripping in there, but not enough, so i jammed some more 1/4" in the crack and no more gaps, super simple. I guess i got lucky on the rest of it, the doors seal great.
I have watched all your videos and they helped me decide to go with a 24 Defendor Max which I purchased a week ago and its a great machine but its far from perfect. I did adjust my doors because it had a lot of daylight when I got it home from the dealer. Loosen the bolts on the door hinges and you will be able to tell where to movethe door and it makes a big difference. You will need to adjust the door latch as well once you adjusted the hinges. I noticed your headlight bulbs are not clocked correctly. Make sure to adjust the LED bulb so the LED chip is facing the sides to utilize the reflector. I bet once you make that change you will notice your beam pattern is better. Good luck!
Hello from the same town! I had our dealer put high altitude clutch weights in my Limited Max. It did make a difference in the performance. Not huge like going to a Maverick X3 but a noticeable difference. In the reverse lights, while I don’t have them, a lot of guys mount the pod lights at the top rear of the cab. You have to turn them on when going into reverse but they do throw a lot of light. Adjusting the cab was one of the first things I did when I got mine home from the dealer. The mfr sets the doors too loose from the factory and the dealers don’t adjust the during the PDI process. You can really tight it up by adjusting the striker plate and both hinges. I have not noticed my front lower windshield being loose but I will check that. I did the Beamtech LED headlights and it did make a big difference but I also had our dealer install the 15 inch light bar in the front bumper. I have not wanted for more lighting than that out front. It is very bright.
Mabe the reason it felt sluggish, is because it was in either work or eco mode. I could see one or the other was activated on your dash during the test.
Greetings from Georgia, I have the exact same model and I have added substanstial mods many of which are lights. I did reverse and numerous front lights. I even did an underbody kit. Much fun here. Great video but PLEASE keep it in perspective. IT IS NOT A TRUCK!!! Also added second winch, second battery, Superbumper, stereo roof and backup camera. If you want photos hit me up. Have a good day, Scott
If your vehicle is under warranty, your dealer could maybe adjust the doors for you. I would also mention the windshield gaps to them as well. So far, i've not noticed any daylight around my windshield, but will keep an eye out for that. changed my headlight bulbs out, diffrent brand from what you used ,but still a big difference ! What brand of snow blade is that?
They are trying to keep you from tearing up belts because of the weight of this machine. You could easily do a tune and clutch and drastically change the speed and power. Get it up to 7500-8000rpm and it would be very different...
I don’t feel like comparing it to a polaris is fair as far as the electronics. The prices of the canam is much lower, which is part of the reason canam is better
Appreciate the comment, and I agree the Can Am is better. However at least Polaris has the option to have the better electronics. You can buy the better electronics NorthStar version for a couple thousand more MSRP over the Can Am, so really not that much money is the big picture.

There are runner wires from under hood through firewall I believe
Mine totally has the gap in the windshield too. Like for what you pay here. That shouldn’t be there. Also have the gap in the door as well

This is the can am blade I believe the 72inch
5500 RPMs seems awfully low compared to some of the Rangers I've been in. Is it because you are in work mode or locked 4X4?
