Well, I'm fan of Portal series, so the dialog and the song are familiar to me. And so, Miku is Cave Johnson, Luka is Caroline, and Miku is going to die soon from a disease. Looks like Miku passed this decease to Luka (in a way we all can imagine), to assure that Luka has no choice but to be digitized even after Miku dies.
Okay, this is dark and maybe a liiiittle too obvious, but is what I saw. Sorry; you're welcome; thank you. Pick any two. ;)

the story is: there is miku who is scientific , she has a friend who works as her assistant (also affair) , Miku's wife dies from a ilness making her go to depression , she was scared that luka was going to die of the ilness , then she decided that luka will live forever for the sake of her researchs , she takes luka and force her to put her brain in a robotic body , so she sends her to be in a closed space for the process , when luka is finally replaced by the robot's body , Miku was already dead.
