The cars in "CiCGC" all had to be donated, because the only car JS deals with on a personal level is a Porsche. Besides, in every episode I'd seen of the show Seinfeld always said he'd tried to match the car he drove for an episode to the personality of the comedian he was interviewing for that day; and, obviously, not everyone only has a personality to match a Porsche.
The idea of a raised chair comes from legal court with the judge elevated to intimidate the accused. Talk show hosts used the concept to establish control over their show, but it became an inside joke in the industry. Andy Kaufman had a bit where he interviewed people from a desk six feet above the guest.

I really liked the Detroit draft set.
I've always thought Eisen's set is a "I'm-more-important-than-you" kind of set. It's designed to prop the host's ego. These type of sets have been done away with for decades.
I remember Micah Parsons take over and him saying how much better Rich‘s spot was . And the lighting was better too
