- It's been a while since the last video, i plan to make a full Ost animated about the Hard Mode of Undertale No More Deal.
Here it's just phase 1, next video will be about the full ost animated probably or maybe Undyne phase 2 fight.
No More Deal is a great game made by Avranik.
Here it's a fan project from, where the game is more harder and had 3-4 phases. It was just phase 1 here.

Honestly I there are certain things that I would change about this video as there is alot of room for improvment:
First:
The laughing parts at the beginning feel very exaggerated with her flipping her head back and laughing. Honestly I wouldnt see someone even as lost has she was in this fight to do something like that it feels very off and way to psychopathic even for her as she showed more of a soft side at the end showing that she wasn't just fighting to stop your or for self defense she was fighting for the people you brutally murdered infront of her. I would more reserve the laughing parts as small chuckles to cope with the amount of death she was subject to. (Since laughing is a coping mechanism for humans and all.) Also at the first apart I would instead slow the first part of her laugh (Before she tilts her head back.) And that be the laugh as its her way of signifying that she most likely not make it out alive in this fight.
Second:
The yellow part is pretty much perfect as it shows that she's just getting started. However the problems start forming when they switch red. For example I think her head instantly snapping back and forth was done quite poorly maybe as a good alternative you make her face leak that black stuff in the original game and her head every now and again snaps to one side and back (Not to far more like its a flinch). Also her body completely stops moving I would also just make it so her body is the same as the first part in the yellow flowers part and the only change being the heads expression and the constant twitching instead of her snapping her head back and forth. Also after the chuckle part (Reusing the one mention previously) after her chuckle instead of her eyes filling with red her face for a split second turns into the "=)" Emoticon seen in game with the eyes being red. Indicating that she's now about to start trying. (As in her mind the fight has just begun at that point). Which would make sense for her face to glitch into the =) face compared to her eyes looking the way they do in that small frame.
Third:
Twisting red petals, She still loses her Idle pose from the yellow flower. Also I honestly would change the entire "YOU THINK IM A PROGRAM. I AM ALIVE!" Part with something diffrent. This only shows that she isnt really actually mentally there anymore which just dosnt make sense as again in the end you can see her cry tears of blood remarking about how you forced her to do all this bad. its clear she hasn't lost her sanity. Personnally I would replace this part, with something like "Do you really think I don't know your little secret ? How this is all just some sick game ? ILL SHOW YOU A FUNNER GAME !" Then proceeds to slash the screen making the entire tab be forced to play as if they were two, Which would honestly be a better effect compared to her smashing her head against the monitor.
Fourth: (This is just personnal Prefrence.)
Honestly I would make it so after this slash the screen returns to normal and she tilts her head towards the ground covering her eyes, as in the back round memories from the pacifist route play. The petals floating around now just being dust to show the contrast of what we have were to what we have come to.
Fifth:
After that memories part when it does what I was talking about I would also include her idle animation there aswell. also instead of her moving her mouth like that in a weird O shape maybe make it so her face slowly turns from a happy smile to a sad frown with tears coming from her eyes.
Sixth:
When she starts going off on the player crying about how they made her do this, You could instead of making her hands shake play her idle animation and have it twitch side to side showing that she is losing her defense since she's actually opening up to the player now she is lowering her defense. Of course when I mean side to side I'm talk about the body I would leave the face in the normal Idle animation so expressions aren't hard to change. Also I would Have her put her hand with the knife on her head just like how it shows when she's having like a migraine or trying to forget the past. And have the other cover her left eye in a fist formation to show she is rubbing her eyes due to the tears constricting her FOV. Also maybe make the blood in the background pixilated as I mean Why would there be real blood in the background of a game ? Pixelated blood would make more sense.
Seventh: The glitching part is pretty good and I don't have an issue with that.
I would change from her having her mouth gaping open like she's SCP-096 maybe instead her mouth opens to a more normal size and the only thing that changes is the amount of black ooze coming out and maybe red dots in her eyes start to form. (2:49/3:26): My mind; SCP-096 HAS BROKEN OUT OF THE FACILITY AT GATE A.
Eighth:
I would redo her overall model to suit the one that you see throughout the video as it seems like you kind of just shifted a few pixels around and called it a day to be honest. Also maybe make it so her head is tilted down with shadows covering her face while dust and rain fill the back round.
Ninth:
For the final part when she starts going bezerk mode Honestly I would just make a hand full of animations of her swinging her dagger one way then make another. Clip those all together and make it play faster as the music starts reaching its end, and Of course you should make it so the knife starts in the next animation where it ends in the last one before it. I would also make it so her face expresses the same "=)" Emoticon but she has bits of ooze coming from her eyes like tears and some coming from her mouth. Also i would change the backround from being normal rain to being bright red rain to signify her Determination. aswell as a black aura pulsing around her, This could be the "Hate" that she has for you.
Finally:
The death animation is quite good Aswell honestly I would be content with it being like that and just switching from those animations proposed in the ninth suggestion I made.
The only things I would change about the death animation is maybe make it show she actually looks startled.
Probably making a quick remark how she failed to avenge her friends and family.
Shake violently and drop to the ground while blood starts to form around her as the screen fades to black.
Final Thoughts:
Honestly I aint really gonna judge apart from the suggestions I made Since I have no clue how you made this video Lmfao.
Also I see this is only phase 1, Which kind of makes one of my final statements kind of faulty but you could still make it as a normal version instead of a hard version as just phase 1 with these changes I suggested could capture all the tone within the battle.

I like the concept of chara knowing that you are controlling Frisk. Knowing that the real bad guy is the player
