I would like to see how this works with the Swordfish first. Btw, the blue metal gearboxes, they're 1:90 with a 12k rpm motor. The yellow plastic gearboxes are 1:48 with the same 12k motor. And with a little bit of plastic clipping and pushing on a brass 10t gear, you can get a Valkrye motor in there fine.
I actually have the computerised version of this blaster, through some miracle. The Quickstart options are about using high voltage for a bit to speed up the flywheels faster, hence the timing, after this it switches to lower voltage to sustain the motors.
Something like this I think is extremely useful. Being able to make a heat shutoff is, at least to me, something we need. And the fact that it also makes it select fire, and then you get like all sorts of pewpew like tech to, I just find this amazing.
May work well for my Stryfe. I use the battery door to house my AAA battery pack for the full auto kit (this was made way back when I barely joined the hobby). I use a Modulus stock for the actual flywheel battery, so I think I'll clean up the wiring and use the battery tray to house the boards!
This does appear to be very high quality engineering. I'd heard Worker was gearing up to make significant introductions of products available individually capable of performing tasks displayed in this Blaster. Also getting into controlling lights and sounds, along with a pusher, and flywheel Daisy chains. Great Video Brothers.! You Guys are Always on top of what's coming next. Have y'all heard of an "air-modivated"? 1/2dart box-mag. It supposedly doesn't use a mechanical spring, but rather governed air-pressure to move the darts through a box-mag that holds at least 100 1/2darts.!? Uses the Talon 1/2mag adapters.....?.
We haven't heard of that, and a cursory google search doesn't come up with much. Do you have a link to a forum post or something we can take a look at?
@@outofdarts A buddy from work asked me about it. I told him I had no clue of anything like it. I've been looking since he asked me about 3 days ago, and I hadn't found anything. He called it a "box-mag"? But I figured if it is out there, it'd be referred to as a "Hopper." I'm way more interested in the Supercharger, the Lever Action Saturn and that Wingchester Lever Action, Shell Ejecting thing I saw Walcom playing with yesterday.
At this moment, I believe the smart board is an add-on and won't be pre-installed in future Phoenix 2.0s. Keep an eye out for updates on our channel in case this changes!
This is a really cool upgrade! I love how many options it has included, temperature regulation and delay time are such nice features to add, even though I wouldn't change them most of the time. It is quite weird that there is a duplicate I/O panel on the inside of the blaster, It might have made more sense to just have the one on the board, and move the rail back onto the battery cover? Thanks for showing this off, it opens up many more ideas! 🧡💜
Off topic of the smart board but have you tried titan batteries in any of your tinkering? I’ve heard some decent talk of them from the airsoft world and wondered how they fair compared to what you currently offer.
@@outofdarts I noticed that they cater to the airsoft with the deans and tamiya connectors but figured on an individual basis rewiring the connector wouldn’t be hard to do personally. I’ve been recently bitten by the bug again since my daughter went to a friends nerf party, and I’d really like to get her a nice flywheeler just kinda torn on current selections between darts and rival rounds.
is there a document, pdf or such, of the menu translation? Im only finding video links which is a PITA when you want a "big picture" view or to follow a different setting path. note: there is a v2 of the board that is still in Chinese but eliminates the second covered up screen. the board has a micro USB port on it so Im hoping this means "english firmware" someday!
Great video. Its nice to see Worker innovating. I'd like to know if this blaster could be modded to a 2 stage setup with a higher crush cage. And if so, would it still work with the smart board?
Well Phoenix is three stage so I don't see why, also works with sword fish which you can buy two stage cages for. It would certainly work as it's predominantly controlling the pusher motor not the motors themselves
Looking forward to the release in english! Defenitely want to install a dual stage pulsar . Hope it works well with that. Will it fit 180's in the Phoenix 2.0?
do you have any guesstimate as to when the english version will be available? i had thought it would be soonish, but nothing yet, and i recently saw something about worker delaying the kit i REALLY want to get a Phoenix 2.0, but not without the kit
The Phoenix (1.0) has an N-Strike attachment point and most all stocks that have that geometry fit. We do sell some stocks that are compatible, but keep in mind that the Phoenix did not come shipped with a stock.
Love your videos and this hobby. A little off topic and this might be a long shot but i was wondering if anyone knows if and how a person can purchase dart tips. I have just recently cut a bunch of half darts and instead of wasting the other half. I would like to use them to double my half length stock. Would appreciate any feedback.
so dream wishlist: the option to plug in brushless speed controls, to a single stage micro flywheel setup. basically a bigger (and personally for me) form factor of Pewtech
Currently we don't have a replacement muzzle for the Phoenix 2.0. However, we have many Worker muzzles that are compatible. Note: The included muzzle is not a scar barrel and doesn't affect accuracy positively or negatively.
I'm almost more interested in what the hobby will make around this board than how it will function in stock Worker Blasters. What do you all think?
With this hobby, I wouldn't be surprised if people start putting it on non-worker blasters. Things like stryfes, rapidstrikes, etc.
All I can think about is putting this in a RapidStrike.

@@richfromtang I've seen video of an app-controlled blaster somewhere!

Thanks for the info! I'm in contact with Greg now to confirm, but you might have solved the last puzzle piece we couldn't figure out!
@@outofdarts glad to have been of help
This, this has my interest. Most if not all of the functions from the FDL blasters. I have a powerful want, if not a real need for one of these.
Worker going full Pew-Pew on us, this is great !

Whoever designed the S200 and this blaster does excellent work. All of their blasters look amazing
Definitely watching this kit. Love the adjustments that can be done via the little computer.
Hope there will be a 3d printed housing for the board on stryfe and spectrum.
I like the idea of this, do you know what it will cost? It reminds me of the select fire kit v7 on amazon.
Wait what.
We don't currently have any word on price point yet. Stay tuned for updates!
@@outofdarts Ok thanks, I will.
Rapidstrikes and hyperfires will see a new light with this board
I am really interested in all this kind of thing, I want to do something custom for me and the kids this summer!
Great video luke

Are there any updates as to when these smart boards will be available?
No ETA yet. Stay tuned though!
I was going to purchase this board but I think I'll wait until you get the English version in stock. I cant wait to get my hands on it.
Would the board play with a rapidstrike?
It just might. I imagine the main problem would be making room for the board in a convenient location for wiring.
Off topic of the smart board but have you tried titan batteries in any of your tinkering? I’ve heard some decent talk of them from the airsoft world and wondered how they fair compared to what you currently offer.
We haven't! At first glance, their selection of battery connectors seem rather limited, but perhaps we'll take a look at them in the future.

The mosef motor brake is a game changer. No more noisy flywheel rev noise. Good for CQB games.
Hey Luke, does worker fly you out to their facility to see how they work and collaborate at all?
To my knowledge, Luke hasn't been to Worker HQ at all, let alone at their expense.
I was just curious. What a blast that would be.
Oh boy I might have to get this and the Pulsar cage for it
Edit: I take that back. I’d do it with a Dominator or Swordfish
Has there been a confirmation on the translated screens
Is there an English version of this yet?
I’d love to the shake the hand of the creator of this board. Seriously. Can you get me a contact?
Sad the controller board blew on mine.

just search worker phoenix stock on google

FDL replacement?? The smart board gives so many options
It certainly is an option. The only things missing would be brushless support and maybe an ammo counter.
When is the kit available
@outofdarts do you think this pcb would work with a solenoid?
Amazing video production. Rivals (pun intended) any quality videos on RUclips.

We have no plans yet on producing angled Tachis. Currently, a lot of other projects for both the business and the channel take precedence.
