I'm certain getting to sit in the captain's chair in the 388 was one of the highlights of your trip, in addition to the "main event". The captain on the nonstop flight has a good sense of humour. Great video. Having just returned from Fance on a competitor airline, I think it is high time that QF review their cabin food and presentation standards. They have fallen well behind the other major carriers who service this route. Still using bamboo cutlery and plastic serving dishes in Economy class is sub standard for Long haul.
