Many years ago, visiting a zoo in South America (Dad was stationed in the country), I saw a father was holding his young son up & over the railing of the polar bear enclosure. Well, I must thank you for helping me see where I was mistaking your comment for being wrong.
That from 4:05 is not a gibbon but a ʺteenageʺ male mandrill, but otherwise you're mostly right: male mandrills have large sharp canines with which they can severely injure humans, which is why the young narrator's comment "I don't know why this is such a big deal" is absolutely clueless stupid.

You do know most zoo animals are rescue animals that are recovering or failed and the babies of said rescued animals. Releasing them back to the wild would surely kill most of them. @@azocaruk1 Facts??? You could do a simple Google search. Here are some starters. Lions failing reintroduction into the wild. Panda breeding programs. Not all zoos are equal as I said before. Zoos do a lot of exchanging with each other. Plus they need to make revenue to off set the cost. A lot of special diets. Like for pandas, they eat only two species of bamboo out of a several dozens and a lot of it. Giraffes get sick very easily too.
