    I think it’s a preference whether you prefer working with powdered ginger or whole. I prepare oils the true Indian Ayurvedic way (with heat) in a wok or pan only used for this purpose. For me some powdered herbs (like ginger and clove) work better when mixing with rosemary, curry leaves and other Ayurvedic herbs and carrier oils.

    Every time I watch ur videos I learn something NEW!!! Im going to dry some out today!! Im going to use carrots oil as my carrier oil. Im perimenopausal and my hair broke off in the center of my head. I made my own oils with castor oil, chebe powder, vitamin E and African herbs I bought on line. WOW did my hair thicken(it's always been thick), but it got thicker!!

    Most of the oils I really just ingest the active ingredients in my diet and that seems to be working well. I do add the lavender, rosemary, peppermint to my carrier oils as they also have the benefit of making my hair smell amazing!

    I have question can we use the clove spray ginger rinse all these different things at the same time. how should we use them? Maybe you could do a video on how to cooperate all of them if we should be using all of them in our wash day.

    I like this video. I like your different contents. I did an onion , garlic and ginger root combined in the blender. I extracted the juice from it and feed my scalp with it for a couple of hours and I also made an oil from the remnants of the rest of the onion etc. into an oil with olive oil . I warmed it up then again squeezed the onion from the oil to make a oil..I then put some jamaican castor oil in into the blend along with and orange essential oil with Lavender .

    … Hey Tonya! In answer to your question, I would really appreciate the Chemist/ scientific perspective on Chebe. Awhile back it was all the rage, but I found that many YouTbers were regurgitating the same information of how to use it the way that a particular culture has used it, but, there didn’t seem to be any science to how to use it effectively. If you do another hair growth tutorial for a specific ingredient, could you delve into chebe? Thanks.

    You've talked about Fenugreek before but if you could cover exactly how to use it, especially in liquid tea form that would be great. You didn't go into all the specifics like you did in this video previously so I found myself scanning all the comments to see if anyone outlined specifics of how they use it. Thanks for another great video - I'm going to be brewing some ginger tea now before washing my hair! 😀

    • @LRH1
      @LRH1 2 года назад +8

      @ Stephanie Barrett greetings. You can used fenugreek seeds to create a tea with hot water. You can chew on the seeds afterwards. You can sprout them to sprinkle in salads. You can drink it cold & add honey to taste. You can brew tea then used the strained seeds to create a hour mask. If you populate fenugreek in a search so many options are available. Fyi be aware the amount of fenugreek you consume, for some people it will alter your personal scent/ essence.

      @thelovedoneinternational3213 2 года назад

    • @salorchi84
      @salorchi84 2 года назад +1

      @@thelovedoneinternational3213 I have used fresh ginger and ginger powder. You can use tea bags too but make sure it's pure. Yes I actually use it once in 2 weeks now because I don't have the time and it works just as fine. Obviously wait like 2 months to see results. The standard for making tea is to steep 1 tea bag in 8 ounces or 1 cup of water. You can try that 1st and see if it's potent enough, if not you can test 2 tea bags in 1 cup of water. Personally I use 1 tsp of fresh ginger per cup because ginger is very softening on the hair so if you use too much it may over soften the hair but some people like their hair to be very soft so it may be your preference. Just test and see what you prefer. Steep the ginger in just boiled hot water for at least an hour. You can steep for longer if your prefer.

    • @thelovedoneinternational3213
      @thelovedoneinternational3213 2 года назад

      @@salorchi84 Thank you for saying that it also softens the hair. Does it in a way , also loosen the curl texture of the hair? And smooth the hair? Idk there was also ginger powder. How do you use the ginger powder? And if you mix it with water. Does it become a pure liquid? Or does it have grainy bits in between then?
      Which one do you reccomend more? Ginger tea bags or ginger powder?

      @@thelovedoneinternational3213 Definitely test it on your hair to see what happens to your texture. For me, it does not loosen my curls or smoothen my hair. It really softens the hair and helps it stay detangled. Use ginger powder the same way you use fresh ginger by adding 1 tsp of fresh ginger or ginger powder to 1 cup of hot water. You have to strain before using so you don't get bits or ginger powder in your hair. I recommend getting a good nut milk bag to strain the tea or a fine mesh strainer (usually coffee strainers will do). I haven't used tea bags before because I love to use fresh herbs or dried herbs. I like to see and smell what I use to be sure of its authenticity. I can't see what's in the tea bags so that's why I don't use them. I guess a plus of using tea bags is you don't have to strain it afterwards. I use either fresh ginger or ginger powder but I buy my ginger powder from a very good vendor so it's high quality. However if you want to be absolutely sure it probably makes sense to use fresh and organic ginger. Try to use the smaller gingers not the oversize GMO ginger. I recommend going to an Indian grocery store or Caribbean grocery store to get these. Not sure what country you live in.
