If she is diabetic and drinking alcohol she won't be alive much longer ..my mother was diabetic and it was a savage illness that slowly killed her for over 25 years...she lost her leg and her got blocked intestine which caused her organs to fail over 14 days and slow painful death it's no joke.
Took far too long slapping the cuffs on,you could tell she was drunk by not being able to comprehend the instructions after being told multiple times !
To be clear, how she looks is the primary consideration here. After that, the color of her car, and location of the stop. Or, put another way, "STFU 🤡"
If this is only after 2 jello shots I'd hate to see her after anymore drink's than that. Your legs hurting have nothing to do with her ear's listening.
Absolutely agree. The narration is unnecessary and condescending. The majority of viewers already know the details, laws, rules - and how the offender is behaving. Otherwise, the videos are good.
2 beers an hour ago would be plenty for most healthy and legal adults. That's not how much or how long ago ... *ever* ... but if it were, it would be fine 🤣
I thought insulin is supposed to be refrigerated. My mom was and sister is insulin dependent and have to keep it refrigerated or in a cooler when traveling
If that's the way she takes care of herself, she'll be dead in 2 years. The hand she has been dealt sucks, but drinking and being stupid in a desperate attempt to be "like everybody else" her age or forget her conditions is going to kill her very quickly BECAUSE of those conditions and denying it isn't going to change Anything. I lost a daughter at 34 leaving two children without a mother because she just made up her mind she was going to die young so it didn't matter. Self fulfilling prophecy.
I can't listen to the women who constantly say, 'That's fine' or 'It's fine', like they are in charge of the situation. If she cannot peform the tests, she should say no and just take the breath test. But lucky for us, she stupidly 'That's fine' her way into mucho evidence for court! lol
It would be nice if you -people- knew what the hell idioms and figures of speech were. It's really very simple. She's not "okaying" anything... That's her "ok I understand" response. Same effing thing as "ok... ah... yep... uh-huh... ok... yes... that's fine... ok... yup..." Common sense is dead and schools don't teach *how* to think anymore, just the pointless *what* to think.
The officer doesnt understand that there's a difference between walking and walking heel to toe. Just because you can't do heel to toe doesnt mean you cannot walk at all. I have some injuries/disabilities which prevents heel to toe. I tried it as i was curious and nope. Not happening. I can walk fine, albeit painfully, but heel to toes isnt happening. One leg isnt happening either. I'm also tee total and have never taken drugs in my life.
Just for the record you can choose NOT to do the "sobriety test", it is not required that you do it. The best thing to do and it's perfectly legal to do so and often advised by lawyers to do is to say " I do not answer any questions without the presence of a lawyer , I do not consent to a search and I will not participate in a field sobriety test" . Then you keep your mouth shut !
I hate it when they keep repeating thing's like, yes sir, ok, I'm not lying, I'm so sorry and yep over and over. If she has diabetes she shouldn't be drinking. She shouldn't be drinking and driving. PERIOD
I am retired law enforcement and I am now disabled with having six spinal fusions and multiple joint replacements and I can not do field sobriety test and can legally decline due to being legally disabled but considering I do not drink or use drugs I would be happy to do a blood draw. If I was arrested for refusing field sobriety test I would have a great lawsuit.
I thank God I don't drink number one however is a ever tried to Pro Form standardized field sobriety tests on me I don't know how that would go! Because I have deformity in the muscles of my eyes that I can't really control the muscles and which way my eyes move, and I had spine surgery so my right foot does not go the whole way to the ground due to nerve damage and I have no feeling on the right half of my right leg and foot. The only way for me would be a chemical test.
I have RSD. After watching enough of these I decided to test myself. I don't drink. Never could because of the taste but the only 1 I was able to pass was the alphabet, lol. I'm sure I'd pass the eye exam as I know I'm not under the influence. They'd have to take me in to blow because there's no way I'm passing anything to do with walking straight or standing on 1 foot... 🤷♀️
I had had issues since adolescence. Diagnosed at 25. Fibrocitis, what they called it then. That was 1983. A few yrs later they classed me as 100% disabled. I've gotten progressively worse since then. It's all in the management but a lot of plans get cancelled last minute. So unpredictable. My entire body is involved. HOWEVER, it is the arthritis in my knres and ankles that would make it difficult to do the 9 steps. It depends on my body whether I could do the one leg stand. At this moment I would have no trouble. I would not wish fibromyalgia on my worst enemy except maybe for a few days so they understand me better. It can be occasional and mild or 24/7 and extremely painful. Look it up if you don't believe me. I have all but about 5 of the symptoms listed. One must focus on what they can still do and not on what they can't do anymore. Hard when it hurts like you're tearing muscles every time you move.
Yes! You nailed it. We’re similar ages. It affects your relationships, friendships, activities and can cause anxiety and depression. My friend group is intentionally small, I don’t make long term plans and exercise of any kind is excruciating. An afternoon out (lunch, beach, ice cream) with my grown daughter has landed me in bed for the last 3 days. I acquired a few more autoimmune illnesses over the years and was able to work some but the struggle is real and now I’m worse than ever.
i was diagnosed Fibro 20 plus yrs ago it ruins any social life, i cancel gp, dentist app all the time, my fortnightly shopping trip puts me in bed for 2 days. the Arthritis that comes along with it is a nice wee bonus too.

Thank goodness they understand. ❤️ I currently owe $200. to different places for same-day cancellations. This is real. 🙏🏼
The waste of time is redick! Give them a blow breathalyzer test! What is this kindergarten test for? Amusement? Someone making money for this insane program? What? Has to be money made, nothing else makes sense in this childish law!
🤔yes it's having drank to much. That shes rambling on,and on not her health problems. There's been people with artificial, feet ,legs ,hips that do these test. WITH OUT CONSTANTLY running at the mouth. Making excuses. 😮
Before making snide comments about 'using' her medical conditions as an excuse, educate yourself. The way to watch this is to turn down the narration Fibromyalgia and diabetes combined can be very crippling. She shouldn't drink but having these conditions can make you seem drunker. Pain from fibro would make it tough for me to pass some of these tests and I don't drink. I would ask to blow the breathalyzer. Your comments are very rude. I just wonder if you're this snide with male subjects?? Grating as heck
How you think it’s ok to use that insulting garbage AI narration when these exact channels are popping up on a daily basis shows you couldn’t care less about putting out quality content and just trying to money grab while this is the flavor of the month.
This channel has been ripping other channels off for a week now. Notice there's been 11 posts in the last week or so and before that it was completely different content. Some of them they didn't even bother blurring out the watermark from the other channel. I'm calling them out on every video for it. It's lazy. How else are you gonna come up with that many videos like this that fast? Shameful.

Stuck on stupid is not a medical diagnosis that she can claim
😂😂😂
It’s always 2 drinks an hour ago , and they always say I’m not gonna lie
Two beers officer
and "I swear to God"!
Liars say "I'm gonna be honest" "I'm not gonna lie" "I have to be honest" "if I'm being honest"
You forgot... I'm almost home. I live right around the corner 😂
lmao, the hand to nose test was hilarious
I swear I was repeating his instructions trying to help her out😂
hahahaha
If you're diabetic, you shouldn't be drinking at all
If she is diabetic she should not be drinking never-mind overdoing it. Hats off to the officer who dealt with her.
She couldn’t go to work but had no problem going out drinking!
Arent SPANX supposed to be under your clothes and not seen as a fashion statement!😂
So many of these I've watched I've heard I'm not gonna lie to you, while lying, but diabetic and fibromyalgia has nothing to do with being drunk.
Even assuming she's telling the truth about her cornucopia of ailments, not proven, she comes across as being a tad flaky. 🙄
I'm more in shock that officer wasted his time explaining that 500 times 😮
Took far too long slapping the cuffs on,you could tell she was drunk by not being able to comprehend the instructions after being told multiple times !
Did she actually look in the mirror after she got dressed and said...DAMM I LOOK GOOD!
To be clear, how she looks is the primary consideration here. After that, the color of her car, and location of the stop.
Or, put another way, "STFU 🤡"
She was maybe a little annoying with excuses but atleast she was respectful, pleasant, and not argumentative!! Nice change from usual dui videos!!
Alcohol is garbage. Makes people retarded and angry. Should be illegal the cops would be really bored
Yep for sure
the director's cut has her saying she has a metal plate from 'nam....
I know I shouldn't laugh but I can't stop 😂
Don't forget PTSD.

Fibromyalgia = the doctor doesn’t know wtf to diagnose you with and got sick of all of your complaining.
At least she was pleasant.
TY for the video!
What a doorknob
The added narration really distracts from the video. It’s common sense dialog that most (if not all) people already know.
I really, really agree. A lot.

I hate computer-generated voices. Not going to watch this channel again. Give me Arkansas State Troopers any day!
Been thinking this same thing on every video. Especially when it has a bootlicking bent to it. Kill the narrative completely.
Thank you! I hate it too.
This is like an old Burns and Allen comedy sketch
She does sound like Gracie Allen, lol

If you're not driving like you're impaired you probably won't be asked to do field sobriety tests. Also listening to directions is part of the test.
