I wouldn't necessarily say that there was any growth from Queendom up until the Killing Voice medley... Firstly, Queendom is a TV show so the production sound is a quite different frm that "studio" live production that the Dingo KV had - this is probably 90% of the difference you are hearing. Additionally, the girls were perfotimg on Queendom literally while they were also turing & their lives were like 3-4h ours long so of course their voices weren't as rested... but they were still singing LIVE and killing it ;)
