I am telling my experience, when I was of age 12-13(I was in class6 at that time) , I had a girl in my class of my age and was not a beauty but she was attractive of course not because of her face , I was impressed by her way to work out things silently never speak impolitely but alway that you will agree with her , my teacher said she was समझदार at that age even more than teacher . It was first time I had met such person, she have lived only one year in hostel with me and at that time I will always think what is that, that is so attractive of her

That's the treatment we need in modern society. If these people so extremely focus on just their looks, then when will they have time to improve themselves as an individual. Treatment is needed for a disease and anybody's looks are not their disease.
Everyone should have guts to back themselves the way they look because that confidence will help them throughout their life. Not this stupid procedure. After such trends, people will start finding faults in their looks and feel pressurised to go for such things. In exceptional cases, it's OK but not as a party starter.

Actually the problem is society because it's doesn't matter how we lecture about colour racism, body shaming but the reality is that we also give too importance to beauty of body. I don't say it's wrong but every body has there unique natural beauty. The problem is that when comparison is happening to people like wo ladki Gori hai or ye ladki kaali hai ya fir us ladki ka face acha hai dusri ladki ka face acha nahi hai that type of comparison makes people depressed because no one created there own body by own.

I have seen in Mumbai, one ad agency wanted a model and actor so my friend recommended an actress so he said no no uss buddhi ko kaun lega and the actress is just around 32. Very few people know that Botox is used to treat Migraine also. My mother takes Botox in head every 3 months to prevent frequent headaches. Though it is expensive, but works for Migraine.

So being a dermatologist I always believe in less is more. I always counsel patients that not to go for any cosmetic procedure until and unless they themselves feel a need and always take atleast 2 weeks to come to a final conclusion. But I have also seen life changing impact one of my patient had a lot of wrinkles on forehead in her 20s and she was really happy with Botox. So the most important is do not visit anyone who is not an md dermatologist or mch in plastic surgery for any cosmetic procedure
