What a great interview, FightHype! I know Floyd doesn't care what people think, but I still feel bad that he gets so much hate from jealous people who can't appreciate how much this man has achieved in his life. Floyd is the best boxer, and a great businessman who knows how to sell tickets. Of course he is going to be a little bit cocky lol. He absolutely has every right to be. He is the best in the world, and he worked his ass off to achieve that status. All the money and fame never went to his head when it comes to training for boxing. He never has a problem with his weight, he doesn't drink or smoke, and he is the most dedicated athlete I've ever seen! So many people don't realize that Floyd likes to stir the pot when he's promoting his fight in order to sell tickets... It works too! You see the real Floyd Mayweather after the final bell rings when he hugs his opponent, and then has nothing but respectful things to say about the guy during the ring interview, afterwards.
I've been watching Floyd Mayweather fight since he became a pro in 1996, and I have never missed a fight. I wish I could join the money team. That would be a dream come true trying to help Floyd prepare in any little way I could.

Ok you say that Mayweather has tested positive for enhancement drugs. The board is on the street that patio was taking enhancement drugs. But answer me this, like you said in the first negotiations did he or did he not want to do the random blood and urine testing with no cut off date? Now remember both fighters will be doing the same thing. This is the thing when it comes down to it only one fighter wanted to sign the contract and the other one didn't. Not even you would turn down that kind of money so I want you to be honest with yourself did he or did he not have something to hide? It makes no sense to pass on the most lucrative fight in combat sports history.

many, many fights dont get made the first time. Only to be made later. I doubt PacMan thought this would be an excuse Floyd uses as leverage for 5 years. Plus PacMan had options 4 years ago with big fights. Plus Haymon has USADA in his pocket. They allow a 6-1 ratio. Its like go and pump yourself up 6 times the normal amount of steroids and you'll still pass. Manny uses VADA testing, they allow 1/10 above normal. the smallest trace. This are facts. Why did Floyd make USADA wait 5 hours to take his piss? Victor Conte explained, after 6 hours you are back below the 6-1 ratio.
From when I understand after you work out your testosterone is all out of whack anyway. So that's why you have to wait to take the blood and urine. I know different commissions have different policies I only know this part because I've had to participate in something like that before as far as usada is concerned I am not sure. but the point I am getting at is that he can use that leverage because Pacquiao refused to take the test. Now I'm not saying that he did do anything but not taking the test makes you look guilty. Now he wants to take the test, and that's just one tool that Mayweather can use against him.

Say what you will, Judge if must. Floyd may be cocky, it is what it is. But he does speak from the heart. We may not agree with all that he says or does. That in itself doesn't make him different from anyone else. He just has the platform from which to be heard. 2009-2010 Pacquiao was the A side. Pac is the No1 P4P. Floyd had just come back from retirement and start dictating drug test like he is the A side. Pac fighting on US, attracts over 750,000 Buys by himself.... Bradley has very few following and neither did anybody on the undercard So it was ALL Pacquiao carrying the weight.
When he fights Marquez gets 1,000,000 Buys with no undercard.... So he deserves at least as 60/40 split with Mayweather if and when they fight.
Mayweather's cards are stacked with well-known and well-promoted Golden Boy fighters - Khan, Broner, Garcia, Mathysse. All of them draw better than Bradley or Su Chi Min or whomever Toprank has.

At this stage...nearing 2015, I've come to realize one thing: If Pacquiao truly loved his people, he would fight Floyd no matter what (yes that includes letting go of Bob Arum who clearly has damaged boxing, no matter how objectively you wish to view things). The other of course being Mayweather who contradicts himself in every way possible. That includes pre-fight, during a fight's promotions and post-fight. The only difference is Pacquiao is the so called good guy, who gets a lot of backing up by neutral fans and Mayweather being the true stereotypical boxer with a mouth. They both need to sign the contract while it's still semi-hot (it was at it's peak couple years back and they have missed that chance).
