Seems a good idea to me. Replacing an entire dash for this really minor scratching doesn't make much sense to me. Only question is the quality of this leather, possibly the old leather on your bike is of much better quality to be honest. And it even can be artificial leather which may be impossible to repair. Then I would leave it as is.

Pops hanging around trying to get the boys to build them another car
Richmond gentry No, you are probably a broke hater, mad about what these two have
@@musicdawg dumbass for doing what they love? Building badass cars and making money doing it? Plz explain lol
@@musicdawg Thanks to high count subscribers and youtube income they've been fulfilling their dream of buying and fixing up these cars, you sir are a negative prick.
@@musicdawg DANG SON!!! Jealous much??? Not sure pops hauling business could support a Lamborghini or Ferrari rebuild🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️. JS.
Finalyyyyy been waitin for this vid❤️❤️❤️
Mr too
Me too
Sorry I writing to fast and and I don't saw that
Haven't been watching since the military build. Looking forward to this!!!
If you’re set on a moon roof and with all the frame damage, would you consider a new full shell. Then it’s a matter of transfer from damaged to new 👊👊👊👊👊
Was thinking the same, be easier if tjey got a lower spec car feom the auctions with less damage
Don't change the exhaust please! This sound is one of the best in the market!
Who are we kidding? We all know they're going to change the exhaust 🙄
@@heartSLB They would, for sure, change the exhaust even in an electric car.
You guys are amazing. The work you do is impeccable.
Are the taillights supposed to be 1/2” off from each other going from the quarter panel to the trunk?
No the whole truck is tweaked.
When she’s finished have POPS take her for the first rip !🚗 💨 💨Spin n and Grin n ! Cheers 🍻
I really enjoy seeing pop's in the videos now. He's hired!!!
5:23 check that blood on the driver side air bag. You're too close to it
Absolutely biohazard!
If yall leave it on the slow charger overnight you'll be good with a new battery like that
'
I’m already loving this build
The fuse by the battery is for the 8.4" uconnect display
It's a IBS sensor u need 2 reset the datalog with a diagn. tool. All AGM's have it.
The reason the fuse is there is to provide a dedicated power source for the infotainment system at all times. Even when it is "off" it is still powered to minimize boot time when you crank the vehicle. You can see the result of removing power by the display going 'crazy after they change the battery.
Tony Lewis I got my mechanics degree in Germany and we were told that this sensor is in charge to regulate the charging intervals that your generator provides. The Sensor measures bat. Temp and charge leading from B+ to gnd. Have great day and stay healthy 😊
15:23 "roof damage and all the good stuff"
Me:what the heck
Yes i was going to comment the same, sine when is major damage "good stuff"
It’s all attitude, if they learn how to fix a roof this time, the next car with roof damage will be no big deal
It's "good stuff" cause it gives them more issues to fix which means more videos leading us to watching more content and producing them more money
Super excited about this rebuild!
I’m sure with new cars there’s something you could delete to make the exhaust sound louder and also can get more power out the car!!
Never heard anyone overuse the terms dang, damn, and dude in just one sentence.
"ACK SHE" = I'm gonna "Go ahead" and explain this. ACTUALLY means "used to emphasize that something someone has said or done is surprising."
Whoa now, my boys Goon1 and Dang Son keep it clean, none of that "damn" usage
Dang, damn son, dude whattcha talkin bout those words/phrases can never be overused where you from anyway?
Throw the Sucker in/on/out...Damn/Dude...Looks absolutly perfect. I lern so much here from your beautiful language^^
Lmfao
Thank you so much for changing up the music last couple tracks were beginning to drive me nuts, love your videos.
*"Now That's Alotta Damage!!!"*
Me with every new build: "No way, they can't fix that."
Goonzquad: "Hold my beer."
They are going to be rippin' it shouting "Dang son!" In no time!
This is gonna be my favorite build to watch
Weard how everytime the engine start without problems xD Lucky guys xD
someone send this man some OSHA approved sandals!
I'm excited for this build. please upload daily
They have leather repair kits out there. Saw some years ago. I don’t remember the name.
3:34 it's Magnetti Marelli lol only one of THE biggest OEM manufacturer in the world!
@@RockwellsWildLife It's a trend that makes these videos almost hard to watch lol
@@RockwellsWildLife Why?
@@RockwellsWildLife lol who cares if these guys dont know all the boring details of which companies own which. They sure as hell dont care, and they have a perfectly running Huracan 😂 you're so salty . Garunteed these guys know more about the car stuff that actually matters.
@@RockwellsWildLife I guess it's a good thing that they're learning as they go and not just sitting inside and reading about the history of a car brand. That would make for some really boring videos to watch. Also, please go ahead and upload your repair videos demonstrating your knowledge of repairing cars. Better yet, please demonstrate your knowledge of car brands and show how that helps in rebuilding a vehicle that has been in a wreck. Include my @ when you post your videos so we can all learn from you.
Trey Clark Powell dude, give them a break!! They’re only young, they’ve made it quite clear many times that neither of them are trained mechanics or automotive engineers, and they freely admit time and again that they have lots to learn . They are humble boys. I for one think they’re doing great, and even with their lack of skill, they’ve managed to restore a bunch of high end cars to a remarkable standard, and without causing catastrophic damage to any of the cars at any point. If you need skilled mechanics/engineers to watch on YT, go and hang around South Main Auto, Car Wizard or AvE.
I love your help, and you are working on repairing and modifying cars. You will not be distinguished brothers in work, with high accuracy
You can tell that sometimes they are out of their world when they not recognise Magneti Marelli. Such an important manufacture of components for cars etc. Keep learning and never stop
