- This video is a vlog about our visit to a flea market (brocante) in Paris. I've been to many flea markets in the south of France and in Burgundy, but it's been really, really long time since I've been to a flea market in Paris and it was really exciting to see all the beautiful, wonderful treasures on the streets!
We had originally planned to go to another flea market, but the train was stopped and we had to change our destination to the 17th arrondissement flea market. I didn't know what to expect, but as soon as we arrived there, we found some really nice teacups and plates from Minton, Baccarat wine glasses, Christofle silverware... we were so excited!
The rest of the shop was just as beautiful, and we couldn't stop checking the products there. There were so many things we wanted that we had to think about which ones to buy and narrow them down.

Thank you to taking us with you to the market.The miniature picture you bought is Persian not Pakistani and the frame on it called Khatam which is hand mad worked in Esfahan in Iran,but was very expensive in Paris.lovely to see all those Persian carpet and rugs.

蚤の市、楽しいなあ。
昨日、イギリス家庭風のアフタヌーンティをしに行ったら、
カップ&ソーサーが選べるシステムでした。
私が選んだカップはマミコさんがお持ちのピンクのカップによく似た
カップでした。
後で刻印を調べたら、ミントンのもので、1891〜1901年に製造された物でした。
100年以上も前のカップでティーが飲めて感慨深いものがありました。
ミントンって可愛いデザインが多いですよね〜。
That was fun, looking at all the goodies at the flea market. The one booth with the Christofle silverware, they had some amazing pieces & prices! Also, the first booth with the Minton pieces - could of gone crazy buying up those items. Looking forward to next week's video. Thanks

Regarding the ivory painting, it is not from Pakistan, it is a traditional Persian artistic product hand-made (mostly) with an ancient mosaic painting skill and the traditional tech.
