@@csm4204308Yeah I haven’t gotten many nukes and I’ve been playing for years but I’m starting to understand why. Basically I am a very aggressive player and I think with my gun instead of my head I know that if I don’t go after every kill possible and just try to get good positioning that I’ll get one but my reflexes just rule over everything.

I watched this video now I feel like I'm more consistently hitting my shots. Even just that little centering reminder does wonders when combined with the high horizontal, low vertical. I even tried a round without aim assist after a while and still didn't do half bad.

Great video. I'm a 48 year old dad that plays with his son. I've been looking for ways to get better and this video was full of great tips. I always aimed mostly with the right stick, using the left makes total sense. And recoil control... another gem. Thank you Sir.

Crowder I can’t thank you enough , since mw2 I’ve felt like my sim has been off & I can’t shoot straight I chalked it up to my controllers , monitor positioning and just me being bad now that I’m 28. Watched this video and realized I was just going through the motions not even aiming with my LS anymore at all just centering and trynna aim with my RS and it was causing so many inconsistencies in my gun skill / aim. Went to practice with the rotational sim assist in a bot lobby after your video w/ my LS while strafing and quickly realized how awful my mechanics have become. I practiced just centering and aiming with both the LS & RS and using the RS for recoil control and my LS to center the enemy and man I feel like a new man again ! Thank you 🙏🏽

Tried this out went from about 40 to 50 on shipment which is pretty easy since its such a small map to 130 kills and only 20 deaths these settings and you explaining helped so much thanks bud
Warming up without aim assist is so underrated. Really helps with practising centring and makes you so much more snappier when you turn it on.

Excellent video, didn't tell me anything I didn't already know, but what was great about it is that you linked them all together, that one leads into the other, so they are all one big tip, with smaller pieces. I have ADD so I would focus on one or two of them forgetting about the rest. The fact that you put them as all one thing will probably help me focus better knowing that.
The max FOV is 120, so that leaves 240 degrees that you cannot see. I haven't been watching your channel that long, would be good to see how you would explain covering awareness of the 240 degrees that you cannot see, map awareness, sound cues, positioning, etc. Apologies if you have already covered this.
Sound cues & map awareness are 2 things I'm to inconsistent at

human eye also sees aprox of 150 fov if im not wrong lol, but ur still aware abt ur sorrounding, same way, focus on ur mini map, audio cues, maybe use high alert and some times predictions, due to map knowledge

Nice! I played 10 6 a lot in Warzone 2 and 8 7 in Warzone 1(both 85% ads multiplier). 6 6 with these deadzones feel good!
Awesome explanation of the deadzones! Having that graph in game helps a ton. Some games do not have that so it’s difficult to visualize what you’re adjusting.

I remember playing without aim assist. Shit I hate saying this but, there was a time when ppl didn't use aim assist, in fact if you did other gamers would make fun of you. I also have found that aim assist can pull you off target. I like aim assist now but, it's a lot to think about and years of not using it have created what is now considered bad habits. Is there anyone else out there that doesn't use the aim assist ? Other than obviously PC/MK players.
I would say I am a hybrid user of aim assist, I learn it's benefits and abilities and I tune it to match my playstyle, not like a crutch but more of an actual assist but also most games don't let me have a good in-between of actual aim of my own and auto aim

That deadzone tip about bringing up the right stick minimum is huge! Ive had mine too low and been missing shots by overcompensating for the recoil.

Thanks for the advice man. I had the best game of my life tonight using all your techniques and settings, except I prefer standard zoom slowdown rate. Otherwise, the outer dead zone really helped me as well. I always felt like my stick was way out to side. Night one after this coaching video and proper warm up I was 40 kills bottom of the leaderboard. Tonight, I was at 73 and won a hardpoint.. I feel I will hit regular 100 score with these tips.. I am kind of laughing about everyone complaining about the matchmaking.. it’s honestly not bad if you’re using the right techniques to play the game

Just made some of these changes and jumped in my first WZ game of the day. Posted my second-highest kill count and got a win. Haven't had a win in a month. Thank you!
Step 1, put the keyboard in the bin like every apex legends and cod player, step 2. Plug in a controller.
When my dad was killing Nazis with an M1 Garand, he'd been trained to aim for what was called the T-Zone, which is where the neck meets the chest. With that type of battle rifle, this was touted as the means to the most humane kill. The idea was to nick the carotid; then they bleed out quick and if you're a little high, which can happen with distance and elevation, you have a headshot. Also a pretty good chance of a heaertshot if you're a bit low. I've found this default aim point to work pretty well across a lot of COD games.

I saw ppl do it and i got into the habit of it but i always assumed it was purely to make ME harder to hit (which im sure it still does, but i never thought it might actually affect aim assist!)
yeah bro it definitely helps with both, I remember when i started doing it, i was just trying to be harder to hit with strafing and noticed my aim assist was stickier.

Not gone lie just went from 15 kills a game to high 20s mainly the trigger adjustment helped me I couldn’t figure out why I was pressing the button but it took forever to shoot by the time it shot before I was dead
