I fell in love with Cass the moment he came on screen. That's how much I love him. He's my favorite character in the whole show and if they kill him before the end of the season I'm going to be heartbroken
The thing is that Cas IS humanity. Dean might’ve been called that but it is was Cas is the angle of. He’s the innocence, love, pain, and mistakes of humans.

I was hoping Castiel would have stolen his grace to have a return to his original power levels (even if it was standard, non-seraph, Castiel powers). Oh well, hopefully one day the angels get their wings restored.

Hopefully since the walking dead has screwed up and killed carl off and with Maggie and rick leaving the show, (it wont last more then a couple seasons now) we can have Jeffrey dean Morgan reprise his role as john! If that happened I could die a happy man and be content with my life lol

Main Universe Castiel is a seraphim. When God ressurected him after Lucifer killed him, he resurrected in a Seraphim form. But Nazi cass did not die so did not resurrected and he was only a low-tier angel. So, their grace is not same. So you are not the only clever one.
A splendid collection! BUT..?! You left out the one scene that showed, beyond all doubt, that Castiel, for all his NOT having ultimate power, clearly, CLEARLY had (& still DOES have!) the biggest set of Vibranium Steel Balls in all creation: when he (Cas) confronted Cain, (and did so w/his Grace slowly fading.) - He had to know he stood ZERO chance against The Father of Murder... and he didn't even blink. That..? is Castiel at his MOST Hard Core!
What gets me is that when we were first introduced to Angels, castiel was able to take shotgun blasts without flinching, and stop a machete blade with just his hand. Now Sam, dean and all other humans it seems can fight toe to toe with angels until an opening to stab them with the angel blade comes up. The Angels from season 4 would just take a punch and crush a human with their hand
Alastair said that he and Lilith (the strongest Demon basically) didn’t even know how to kill them. Abaddon, another powerful Demon, ran away from Gadreel because she knew that Angels are still big deal. And then Dagon just kill them like nothing and without any blade. WTF?
