Very nice video. I joined beginner server recently just for fun. two guys on thylas greeted me multiply times. one rampaging whole server killing on sight,the other one kinda friendly. which means he will nto kill you on sight if you are not too close or if you do not hold any item in your hands. we saw 5 guys on pteras, one of them popped shotgun at us. Every base is raided as far as your eye can see. and whole server is explored,like you can see broken small bases everywhere. if your base location is discovered you will be attacked 5 times in half an hour. if your base is from stone you will be raided in next 2-6 hours. So yeah ,interesting stuff. I teamed with 2 random guys, we made small base and 10 grenades. we raided one base and got little to no loot. we got attacked 10 times in one hour and threatened that we will be offline raided same night by 2 tribes. we got raided when we left. :)
@@brandonenke2680 deffinitelly from drops. Even if somehow on beginer server with traps within 3 months they manage to level chibi to level 6 they would still need one or two levels to unlock thyla saddle. From my experience I found those bp on pve in lava cave and ice cave and ocean. Never from surface drops.
Silly people thyla saddle bps are in gold drops you can only get them when you level your chibi 1 time you just need to be level 45 to get thyla saddles

Not only can honey calm a leeds when tossed in the water. But I wonder what fishing for BP's looks like on beginner servers. Could even be a path to flak? Though the EP for rod and pela saddle might be a big ask with such a low cap.
@@brandonenke2680 The thing about fishing rods is that they preserve honey loaded onto them indefinitely. Even refreshes timer too when you take the honey off the rod. The only downside is that rods weight 10 each and you can only keep 1 honey per rod that way. But it does mean you're not wasting space in fridges or preserving bins. I usually keep my Deinonychus on top of lines of preserving bins (keep their tails out of the way and makes egg collection easy). Usually I'll have about half of those filled with rods that have honey on them. And the other half with Deinonychus eggs (and a little spark powder for the ones that have eggs in them). With 21 deinonychus arranged right (one male in the middle of the line so it can mate all females nearby, I keep the females on mating and just turn the male on when their off cooldown) I can make around 150 extraordinary kibble a week. With plenty of honey to spare for custom food recipes.That's what I mainly use it for. But I usually only setup a kibble farm 2 weeks in advance of a holiday event. Any kibble I don't use for event colored tames I use for raising imprint requests.
I bought Ascended and I regret it. I thought my rig was decent, but after I bought the game and started downloading it, I saw your video about it. And, I literally walked 3 paces in the game and it crashed.... just like my emotions. I bought Evolved instead and waiting on it to download now. Oh well! I get to watch Prince Albert get revenge now while I wait.

You can reach inside rocks to access inventories from a procop pouch. So the loot in those rafts may well have been obtainable.
The little map trace with the raft of your journey was a nice touch.

I play beginners server from wipe till now and I never attacked you. But nice series, I love the beginners servers alot.
7:20 Looks like it would have been quicker to complete the loop rather than backtrack. Also would have been an opportunity to discover more bases.
The top left of the map has no shore so Leeds can eat your raft at any point
