You will need around 1.5kg of fondant to cover the body and to form the legs/arms, around 400g of chocolate/brown fondant for the mouth and ears, a small ball of black fondant for the eyes and nose, an even smaller ball of white fondant to highlight the eyes and some extra fondant to cover your cake board. You may need a little more or less, it will depend on how thick/thin you prefer to roll your fondant.
