You should do a toilet paper fort but with a twist. So u grab a toilet paper package walk around the store place down it go back and grab some more and you have your own fort around the store. Like if u think they should this.

Hey Justin! I've noticed inflamation on the sides of you face, possibly turns into acne? I had the same issue into adult hood, I'm 24. While I was doing classes for nutrition I learnt that in most cases it's caused by inflammation in your stomach a lot of the times you're eating something you're sensitive too but dont know it. My sensitivity was gluten and dairy. How you find out what you're sensitive to and solve this problem is to go on a elimination diet. You'll need to take eggs, dairy, gluten, refined sugar, soy and corn out of your diet for two weeks if the inflammation goes away in that time frame that means that the issue is caused by a sensitivity. Keep adding one of the 6 in your diet for a week if the inflamation doesn't persist then your body is ok with it, continue down the list by adding each a week apart until you find out which is causing the issue. Once you get halfway lets say gluten then the inflamation starts back you know that is one out of the 6 that is causing you problems eliminate it and continue until for finish. In a lot of cases what you eat if your intolerant or sensitive to food you can get bumps from inflamation on the sides of your face, no creame or medication will ever permanently solve this issue.
