Dum ka Qeema | Chef Mehboob | We love Food

Chef Mehboob teaches us his special Smokey Dum ka Qeema recipe.
👩‍🍳Recipe:
Chickpea flour - 4 tbsp
Cumin - 3 tbsp
Whole red chilies - 8 to 10
Whole black pepper - 1 tbsp
Green cardamom -6
Cloves - 6
Cinnamon sticks - 3
Black cardamom - 3
Charcoal 1
Beef mince - 1kg
Oil - 1.5 cup
Garlic - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 2 tbsp
Papaya paste - 4 tbsp
Onions fried (large) - 4
Chickpea flour - 4 tbsp
Green chilies - 6
Salt as per taste
Yoghurt - 300 gm
Water - 2 cups
Mint chopped - 1 bunch
Dahi kheera recipe:
Yoghurt - 1 kg
Chopped Cucumber - 3
Mint Chopped - 1 tbsp (redo 5.43)
Salt as per taste
