There is so much stigma attached to having feelings depression, especially within the black community, that conversations like this are not as commonplace as they should be. I applaud the questions and your heartfelt response. You should do another Google hangout for this topic with other people so that we can share and swap "tools" with each other.

Gotta agree about crying. Release the stress, and anxiety. I can function better. Things get clearer. Ever thought of doing Blogtalkradio, or an event on Livestream. You have so much to share and I enjoy whenever you do a video. Such practical knowledge. Love it.

Now that I know better, I am confident in the fact that my tears don't compromise my strength.
Powerful! I struggle with helping a way to build my mother in law back up after my brother in law was murdered. She's older and it's taken a really bad toll on her mind body and soul. Hopefully I can be a motivation to her the way you are to me.

Isn't is something that this is really when we should just stop, pause for a time to eliminate these 4 issues; but instead we do try to "push" through to the next issue... therein lies a problem.
