An LLC is color blind for sure, and the result should be treated that way. @@danyelleiman2248 mostly in Gresham...after WW2 a lot of black vets and people from the east moved to Oregon and settled in Vanport, Oregon (which is now where PIR; Portland International Raceway is) it was a huge town of majority black folk with their own hospital, doctor offices, super markets, a booming town. Then the flood happened, those in charge said the town would be safe but the levee broke and flooded the whole town. All them folks had to leave and went to Portland and then slowly through gentrification has pushed black folk further and further out...now the majority of black folk are in Gresham...I live in Beaverton which is just outside Portland and whenever I see another black person it's like oh shit! What's good!?!?
