So moved by this practice. Asking who is 'suffering' and even who is now 'relieved'? Just resting in this. So thankful for these teachings and for each of you.
this is the message of the New Testament. "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." I agree this is the MOST IMPORTANT message.
OVL Indeed. Christ was a great mystic himself. But later, many unwanted in interpretations of what he said was added to Bible, which made it just another biased book. Unfortunate
again, these instructions are so darned clear, to the point and clear to follow....wish I could have heard this years ago.... am so grateful...at work, everywhere this piece of instruction hits the heart..arrow clarity!!!!!
@joseyl100 Yes she can find peace. A friend whose cancer had infected most major organs had wonderful peace in her knowledge of her true being. Her family was suffering but she was radiant and joyful to the end. I was sitting on the side of her bed a few hours before she left the body and my wife came to the window looking for me. She quietly called my name and asked "Are you there?" Our friend said with a laugh in her weak voice, "He's in bed with me." Peace is always possible.
People who suffer these illness are suffering from the mind and body but not the spirit. Its the spirit that is not damaged but the ego could be by identifying with the illness.
I also wonder why there is not much feedback from the participants? They made such effort to be there yet they sit and really dont say what they are feeling. The listening is important but he has no insight as to what they are feeling. He is not a mind/heart reader. Is it ego? The risk of sounding confused? Like yoga he should encourage that left behind. Speaking for myself.
I am facinated by these videos "however" He's saying that suffering is only a thought. You watch someone for emample, fighting a losing battle with MS, she is suffering mind, body and spirit This illness like many others is degenerative, you don't get well. He's saying she can find peace? I wish that would come true for her and her family.
What is difference between I AM and I EXIST ? When I am sitting and just existing and when I am holding only on the feeling I AM there is big difference in a sensation. What should I do? Please help.
I would say that, in English at least, "I am" calls up the EXPERIENCE of an ongoing process, with a sense of immediacy and immersion in that experience. "I exist", on the other hand, has a more detached, cerebral tone to it, as if we were observing an intellectual truth, without any feeling of connection to it or direct experience of it. For me, "I am" always leads to the richness of whatever I'm experiencing at that moment, a feeling of connection to it, without there being an "I" which is separate from what I'm experiencing. As Mooji often says, this is something which can't be found only through understanding (although that can still be very helpful as a guide to where to look). This is something that you have to "taste", through ongoing attention and practice, just as an infant child learns to experience their world through constant presence and immersion in it.
Niola, there is no difference if you get rid of the thought 'I'- how would 'i am/exist' feel without I in it? give it a try! you know that I, don't you?! It is the one that you think is 'me', this body that has a name, a history, problems, things to protect and others to get, emotions, feelings, muscle cramps and tummy ache... the one that reads these lines and processes ideas in the mind; yeah- that one, get rid of it and see what's left! What's left would be what you really are. Don't buy what the mind it has to offer, don't even look at it! The mind is not a friend; you have no friends and need none because you are the space within which all the illusions of... a life to live happens but whether illusions are pleasant or dreadful, the space remains unchanged; they come and go but the space remains eternal and pure, unstained by any experience.
Is the feeling "I Am" the first concept of the Absolute? Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj used to say: "Fluids come together and the I Am appears" It seems like fluids in the brain create this feeling of existence through which the Absolute can taste experiencing, peace :)
The body is an image in the mind. The mind is a activity in consciousness. This description is a concept but might help to understand that there is not you, your body and the absolute. Separation is not real, it is an illusion. A-dvaita, not-two. 🙏
Oh my god, who else on this planet could have spoken so much profound wisdom in 9 minutes? Masterclass Mooiji x

Our True self is God himself?
