I bought a GT-A as my first car. In my honest opinion, one must be knowledgeable enough to maintain the car. The cabin noise is also irritating sometimes. The ride quality is also not that great. Overall it's more of a efficient show car.
i own a 2008 mitsubishi lancer ex GT-A with 4b11 engine here in bahrain bought it 2017 since then its my daily drive
Sadly there's no manual transmission here for this car, still runs pretty well despite having a 157k km. On the odo with of course maintaining it regularly
By the way I'm from Philippines just currently working here

Cool review! i'm actually hunting for one right now but i have a question.. is a used (2012 - 2015 ) lancer ex gta with 70k km+ mileage still worth buying at around 350k? and ano ung usual na sakit ng lancer EX GT-A?
for 350k if you have had it scanned and checked and no major issues pop out then yes thats a good buy 👍 have the car lifted also to check for any leaks

Dito sa America They Stop making Mitsubishi lancer ung huling model nila dito is 2017 pa gustong gusto ko din itong kotse na ito pangalawa lang ung Subaru wrx😄
Dito sa ph na Alis yung lancer asx at Pajero na dahil na replace as Xpander at Xpander Cross 😢 I wish the asx is back Dito as pinas.

Hi dito sa atin we get the front wheel drive witn the cvt transmission sa ibang bansa they get all wheel.drive with more power output 🙂

Ok imaneho talaga variant na ito. Halos madalas ko hawal ganito wayback 2013-2016 sa Boss ko extra car nila . Sarap tipid sa gas lalot Nlex and slex mostly byahe ko 1k ko sobra eh hahaha eh madalas fulltank oa dahil sa boss ko..
yup matipid siya for a 2.0 cvt helps also

maintenance just replace the cvt fluid and transmission filter maybe Around 5k to 7k

The CVT is the downfall of this lancer. Good driving dynamics, potent 4b11 engine good space. There was a limited Lancer Ralliart with the twin clutch trans and a turbo rated 240hp. It was pricey so there only a few sold here in the ph.
yup cvt is not my preferred transmission but I get why manufacturers put cvt’s on these type of cars
Armenian Filipino7 yeah fuel consumption. But I notice the last lancer gta the facelifted 2016-2017 doesn't have traction control. There are two empty button beside the foglamp but this specific lancer has button which you said traction control. I'm wondering why the last lancers doesn't have that feature anymore.
actually your right this lancer doesnt have the traction control button thats my error 😁 the button next to the auto level headlights is the afs adaptive front lighting system basically added light when turning in corners at night .
