1 - the belief of his mother and his father Joseph
Christ was lost in the temple and his mother found him after three days

If they believed that Christ was God, they would not have feared him

And Christ blames his people for not believing him. "I tell you that he is not a prophet accepted in his homeland," and this is a confession from Christ that he is a prophet and that the Jews did not accept him. He tells him what is happening to him and the prophets have before him difficulties to protect them from their people. A prophet without dignity, except in his homeland and among his relatives and in his home "

Jesus is not God.
Jesus is the son of God and tells us that only the Father is God 😢 most Christians are told and believe that Jesus and two other persons are equal and are 100 percent God. John 17 3. Every verse Dr. Stanley used to prove Jesus is God has another verse that makes Jesus God s son not God. There are verses with clear understanding that Jesus is not God that makes sense. E.g the Father and I are one compared with Jesus prayer that they may be one as we are one. If as Dr Stanley believes is proof that one means Jesus is God than Jesus prayer is that we too will be Gods. Read John 17:3 Jesus said that the Father is the only true God .Dr Stanley says there are 3 who are God, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit . I have yet to find one verse that says God is triune, Jesus is God, there are three persons who are God, God is a trinity, the name of the third person of the trinity. If this teaching is proof to you that there's three persons who are God and you believe what Jesus said is true that there is only one not two, not three who are the only true God and that true God is his Father I am sorry for you.

I always place Jesus First. One need not have any kind of qualm or reservation about Doctor Love (!). I fall ever more deeply IN LOVE with Beloved Jesus each and every day. The more I ponder Him, I recognize full-well that it's been Jesus all along. And so truthfully we declare, "Jesus Christ....yesterday, today and forever." It's all about Jesus Christ AND the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is our God. Besides, that's all there is!
Of course he is. Matthew 1 shows through his lineage that he was a man and through the virgin birth also God. John 1 shows he created the world. Paul called him God. Peter called him God. Thomas called him God. He is worshipped in heaven as God (Revelation 5). Of course he is.

Boba Fett it's an easy concept to explain but difficult to grasp. He was fully God and fully man when he was on Earth and that is one of the basic core beliefs of Christianity. There are a lot of concepts about God that are difficult to grasp if you think about it. The fact that he is timeless and never had a beginning and never has an end. I don't think that's understandable either by us as human beings.

You are not reading Yahweh's inspired scripture.
You are reading a translation of the scriptures called the bible.
The Christian translators REMOVED THE NAME of THE Creator Yahweh from the inspired scripture and put their PAGAN Greek god Jesus in the bible.
They did this less than 500 years ago.
This can be easily checked because the letter " J " did not exist in any language on this earth 500 years ago.
NO letter " J " 500 years ago / NO Jesus 2,000 years ago.
When we put THE NAME of THE creator Yahweh back into the bible we stop reading the bible and start reading Yahweh's inspired scripture.

Let us prove THE Creator Yahweh right and obey His instruction in His SCRIPTURE.
In the beginning was the WORD and the WORD was with Yahweh and the WORD was Yahweh.

The WORD was in the beginning with Yahweh. John 1: 2.
All things were made through the WORD and without the WORD nothing was made that was made. John 1: 3.
The WORD created everything. The WORD is Yahweh and created everything.
NO other scriptures can change these scriptures.
In the WORD was LIFE, and the LIFE was the LIGHT of Men. John 1: 4.
And the LIGHT shines in the darkness and the darkness did not overcome the WORD.

ALL perfect literal original scriptures.
The WORD was in the world and the world was made through the WORD , and the world did not know the WORD. John 1: 10.
The WORD came to His people and Yahweh's people did not receive the WORD. John 1: 11.
But as many as received the WORD , to them Yahweh gave the right to become Children of Yahweh, to those who believe in The NAME Yahweh. John 1: 12.
Who were born NOT of blood, Nor of the will of the flesh, Nor the will of man, but were born of Yahweh. John 1: 13.
In all these scriptures we are told about THE WORD and that THE WORD is THE Creator Yahweh.
NO mention of any other being whatsoever.
Verse 14 MUST be the SAME.
And the WORD became flesh and dwelt among Us , and we beheld His Glory , The Glory as of the only begotten SON of THE Father: " Yahweh " , Full of grace and truth. John 1: 14.
Whatever this scripture means the whole of scripture will testify as to what this scripture means.
John 1: 14 tells us that THE WORD became flesh. The scripture will tell us what this means.
John 1: 14. The Only BEGOTTEN Son of THE Father is Yahshua. The scripture will tell us what this means.
" Now all things are of Yahweh who has reconciled Us to Himself through His ANOINTED ONE Yahshua, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation. " That is , that Yahweh was in His ANOINTED ONE Yahshua reconciling the world to Yahweh , not imputing their trespasses to them and has committed to us the WORD of reconciliation. 2 Cor. 5: 18- 19.
Here we are told that THE Creator Yahweh in the form of THE WORD was IN His Anointed ONE Yahshua.
1 Tim. 2: 5 agree's with this perfectly. ONE GOD Yahweh and ONE MEDIATOR between Yahweh and mankind : Yahweh's Anointed ONE Yahshua.
The mediator cannot be THE creator Yahweh.
Matt. 3: 17 agree's with 2 cor. 5: 19 Perfectly.
THE creator Yahweh baptised His ONLY Begotten SON Yahshua with the Promised Holy Spirit.
Acts 2: 33 agree's with 2 cor. 5: 19 perfectly.
Acts 2 : 33 tells us that THE Creator Yahweh baptised His ONLY begotten SON Yahshua with the promised Holy Spirit when Yahshua was 30 years old.
Yahshua walked this earth for 30 years WITHOUT the promised Holy Spirit.
This proves that Yahweh's only begotten SON Yahshua CANNOT be THE creator Yahweh. TWO separate beings.
Proverbs 30: 4. The Creators NAME is Yahweh and His SONS Name is Yahshua.
Yahshua up to that very day had the Words in the old covenant scriptures.
Carnal words in a book. NO Spiritual understanding.
On the day Yahshua was baptised with the Holy Spirit He understood the SPIRIT of the WORD.
Yahshua believed the carnal words in the scriptures and His Father Yahweh gave Him the Spiritual understanding that day. Matt. 3: 17.
THE creator Yahweh put His WORD in His only begotten Son Yahshua and said : " Go tell them MY WORD SON."
These things show that the Christian " trinity" is an EVIL teaching.
The scripture says:" Yahweh with us." The WORD was with us in His literal genetic SON Yahshua." 2 cor. 5: 19.
Gen. 1: 1 and John 1: 1 agree PERFECTLY. Yahweh is THE creator.
ETERNAL LIFE is to KNOW THE Creator Yahweh AND His literal genetic SON Yahshua whom Yahweh SENT. John 17: 3.
THE creator Yahweh has NEVER set foot in this corruptible creation and NEVER will set foot in this corruptible creation.
The Creator Yahweh is a consuming FIRE to corruption.
May WE start here in John and become of ONE ACCORD before We go any further.
IF we cannot agree on these plain and simple scripture then we never will agree on THE WORD in anything.
For it is written:" There is NO light in the Darkness and NO darkness in the LIGHT."
LIGHT is truth.

The first Christians who believed in Jesus and were part of the churches that were around during the time of the Apostles were not pagan at all and they worshipped Jesus. Peter, Thomas, John all called him God and since they were leaders of the church you can be sure that the rest of the church did the same. I don't know who you learned all that from but it is false teaching.

Yes he is! That's the only truth of God. So many cults and false religions get it wrong but we as Christians know the truth of our Savior. That's why the Bible was written for us. Dr. Stanley is fully ripened mature wisdom. The one verse I can personally attest to is when the devil tempted Jesus and Jesus told him, "Thy shall not tempt the Lord thy GOD." There are actually 26 places in the new testament where Jesus says He is God. There are many other places in the old testament as well.

good job pastor Father Son and Holy Ghost Trinity and may God bless you having the knowledge and courage to know I've been a Christian for 50 years I work for hospice for six-year-olds doing in-home care for people that was terminally ill and then I work another toy nearly 20 years and doing Staffing in hospitals nursing homes and homes and whatever I'm not I'm a big fan of God help me to keep a promise that I made when I was like 11 years old I told my parents I went down with my parents to see my grandmother in a nursing home my mother had tried keeping her but the rest of the family stopped helping stop giving us money so you could do it no more I went down there and I seen how horrible that place was and I told them they would never go to nursing home they didn't they both died peacefully in my arms about 4 months apart and and that's one of the greatest gifts God ever gave to me been able to help my parents to help me so much may God bless you great question
