- In this video, we try and build the most cost effective \ budget chad setup that money can buy. The goal was to try and get as much protection and firepower for around 500k but ended up being around 600k in the end. I hope you enjoy the Cost Effective Chad.
Please note that while 12.4 has come out with the new weight system, this build still works but if you want to be under 40kgs from the start, change the Fort to the changed Gen4 Full armor as it's been buffed and is quite good overall for the same price.

so you could def get that kit down to 500k or at least a lot closer.
first off swap out that chest rig. a wt rigs are pretty much free I bring one or two out every raid just hording junk/small stuff in my bag for extra slots. trade es-lamps for trizips. still plenty of room for loot and if you wipe a 3-4-5 man like that odds are they are in there doing heavy runs and they are going to have raid packs, blackjacks,atack2s, piligrims on. I might not even bring a backpack if I am going solo.
if you have med crafting station ifaks are more economical than salewas I typically sell 4 out of every 6 I craft which pays for the 2 I keep to use and then some plus 1 slot is nice. I sometimes run one in my pocket hotbar and one in my gamma sometimes just 1 ifak and a piece of cheese.
IMO you bring way too much ammo, even for a full on chad. have you ever needed all 3 stacks? you could also consider running 1 20round in gun 1 spare, with your good ammo in it than 2-4 10 rounders with LPS and bringing lps for your backup ammo. especially on factory where you likely will encounter all the players where possible decent armor in the first 10 mins of the raid and then it will just be scav/player scavs who have shit armor and lps will be just fine for.
MrAwsomeshot very true regarding using cheaper ammo later on. There where sometimes when I needed to use the 3rd stack of ammo but only if I was mass killing scavs that kept spawning near the dead PMC’s. I don’t like ifkas as the take longer to heal your PMC to full.. also the salewas are lighter which is something to consider now with the new weight limit.
@@ChippaWubba ifak and sal both have 3sec use time so I am not sure how you mean they take longer to heal you to full?
but yes true ifak is .2kg heavier.
@@MrAwsomeshot hey man, yeah each medication have an amount they can heal for the duration. Sal is 85 in total over 3secs, ifak only 50 over 3secs.
Using the Ifak means you could be healing limbs twice to get to full over the Sal.
Wiki details for all the med healing amounts. It's pretty bad this isn't listed in game. :(

How do you run mosin with pso, don't you mean psu?
Hey everyone, Just wanted to point out a few things.
1. My voice is still not 100% after being sick in early March so it will sound different or cracked. It's not CV ;)
2. Fort was cheap while recording (150kish) but has since normalized to around 200-225k.
3. The new weight system is slowly being changed but in it's current state, allows for this build to work but if you wanted to run lighter armor, use the updated Gen4 Full as it's really good for effective durability now.
That's the first video of you I see and was already thinking about how long you smoked to get such a voice xD

My like is specifically for the one mag squad wipe.
what is the point of running lvl6 armour if you still can be one tapped in face by any gun with good ammo such as BS or m61 etc, without altyn or at least vulkan + lvl4 face shield it kinda pointless
HFA i get what you mean but Altyn or Vulkan kill situational awareness due to no comtacs etc, as a solo player, visibility and audio cues are fair more valuable then running a Altyn. Once you start running with two or more squad members, full meta Altyn and slick all the way as you can support each other.

@@Redaerd It does mate, it drops the DB levels by a lot.. you can just turn up your volume if possible to counter using the helmet.
Why do you take off your helmet and armor and put them back on at the start of the raids?
hey mate, it's to make sure the armor and helmet are registered as being on my PMC. There was a bug a while back that your gear didn't register so you had to take it off and then put it back on again. I just do it to be safe but it shouldn't be required anymore. :)

In my opinion there better to use lvl5 armor, cause 6B is too slow, it works well only in Factory. In other maps it slow you down, you have more overweight and faster burn your stamina.
Same with this helmet, you can't hear anything after 7 meter radius. And i'll probably change SVD for VSS in this louadout (just my preference for agresiive play)
Sub Zero I know it’s very boring and expensive but once you get elite strength only backpack weight counts. I’m close to it

For an extra 50k you can get the BNTI helmet with a class 4 faceshield. If you're already sacrificing hearing go big. just make sure the faceshield is 50/50.
Chippa you positively destroyed that team they must have shat themselves. I love SNB by the way its the hidden gem of Tarkov, Cheap, easy to find and deadly effective.

hey man, no you can use this on other maps, labs and factory are best with low skills (stay away from open areas without cover like sections on woods). if maxed endurance, any map really just change the pko6 to a long range optic.
You shouldn't use helmets that cover your ears on any map besides factory tbh. Besides the Altyn of course.

Péter Csapó the reason is due to some helmets blocking the amount of sound you can hear, the helmet used in this video for example as one of the worst reductions in the game for hearing sound but also disallows you from running contacts which is very powerful to locating players from far out.
Why do you use SNB instead of say LPS or 7N1? Those two ammo types can kill in one shot to the chest. I see them as far more useful in most guns that use the 7.62 caliber. Admittedly, I can understand their use in an SVD being that you might be trying to burst down their armour quickly to secure the kill rather than trying to pick people off with a single shot
Yeah you pretty much nailed it, LPS and 7N1 are they go too for mosin builds due to being one shot. I would use T-46M over LPS as it's a more powerful round due to having one more flesh damage and 5 more points into Armor destructibility allowing for more one-shots.
SNB is one of the most consistent rounds in the game for the price, no matter what it's two shots to the chest minus the fragmentation chance which could be one shot.

I would really love to do this build but I am very low on money and resources because I’m bad a pvp. How would you go about getting rouples?
Scav runs are good for earning easy money and throwaway gear, worry about getting a few mil and a couple cases before kitting up like this. reserves has lots of easy to find expensive loot so that would be a good place to do said low loot and scav runs.
Unhandyfive00 thank you I’ve been doing my scav runs but there’s always some kind of exit camper or sniper that gets me on reserve but I guess I gotta keep trying.

Hey man, Look up interchange or reserve loot runs my man as these maps don't need many keys and you can do the runs on your PMC and Scav. Vox_e on youtube has good guides for making cash.
You can always run shoreline as well and hit up the hidden stashes while sticking to the coast, loot the jackets in the towns and you should be getting 300-400k per run.

I use the exact setup instead of that monster armor I use a level 5 chest rig. And I get massive kills. I have wipes factory probably 20 times with that set up.

This has to be before the scav update. Now when you kill one they all act like you're tagged and cursed, flooding straight to you no matter what. Makes regular firefights impossible.
hey man, it was the last 2-3 weeks before 12.4 hitting. I think they have changed the Scav's so they don't all target you across the map now. They might just walk over rather then sprinting over but I know what you mean, the Scav's where crazy on factory at one point.
It's like watching Skynet terminator purging the Resistance hideout.
If scopes are on La rue mounts you can Gamma them and they only take 1 spot. Jus fyi, Great vid.
The distance this dude can point fire from is pretty impressive. Loving the vids.
In my opinion, the M1A or SA-58 would’ve been a better option.. purely because you chose to use SNB ammo which negates the 1 shot thorax ability of the 7.62x54. You can get better stats for much cheaper and have the same killing power with both those weapons(especially the M1A)... but that’s my opinion. I know 7N1 is expensive, but i dont see why it’s worrh it to spend 600k on your loadout and then cheap out on your ammo.
hey mate, great minds think alike as I was going to split the video up into two parts, SVD and M1A. :)
At this point in the wipe, M80 won't one tap PMC's who have class 4 or better armor. While factory is hit and miss on how geared players are, i still wanted more punching power then M80 and since SNB was cheaper then m80 (at the time on the flee market), it made the choice easy. M80 rounds are not as strong as they once where and can take up to 5 hits to the chest to kill a PMC with class 5. SNB takes 2 shots no matter what armor is worn by PMC's so can be very consistent.
The main advantage using 308 rounds is weapons that have a large array of modding options when compared to the SVD and potential for rounds on target.

@@ZeroGaming-el7yt No i haven't yet but it's the best Meta Armor in EFT right now due to weight, very good repairability and solid effective durability.
I built a kitted M1A for about 130k. Price includes everything but the sights and lasers. USB adapters some times drop to 1-2k. So you can get the stock M1A for 10-20k then sell the excess parts for 24k. Buy M1As and get paid for it.
Why do your take off your armor and helmet and put it right back on?
I wonder if you break even when runnibg a 600k gear at factory?
Or to phrase it differently how much do you make per hour, invluding the losses after you died ofcourse.

wennichfettbin thank you mate. I wanted to show more looting but the scavs and player scavs made it super difficult and hard to edit into the video. I would of spent 10mins just for that 5 man team trying to get to there loot.

Why the reequping of the armor and the helmet?
Just curious, why do you take of your armor then put it back on at the beginning of raids? Is there a reason or is it just like a pre-game charm sort of thing

Is there a reason you don’t use a case for keys?
hey man, some of the recordings where done when hackers could steal items off your PMC while still alive and no one was 100% sure if the secure container was ok. I didn't want to risk my sick case full of keys so I ended up using a spare docs case in the long run.

It works, you would just have to be restricted to factory or maybe even labs as you won't be able to regen stam once you hit over 50kg's

It’s because I track sound and position my crosshair at the point I think the sound is coming from or so I can tell if it’s left or right.. even watching high end streams last night I saw the same behavior.

Amish Plumber hey man, it’s interesting, I think 45kg and 75kg with stock stats is ok, I don’t like that you can’t take massive amount of loot out of raid anymore but it does make it so one person can’t take everything from a 5 man team. Stam regen even at a reduced amount should occur while overweight.. proning just to regen Stam from walking just isn’t fun and hurts the game rather then providing extra immersion.

Ronin hey mate, check out my eft settings guide via my Channel. I go over everything. I am using 3.0 sharpness as this was added later after the video and also using anisotropic filtering turned on as well but this will effect FPS.

/Love/ /Peace hey man, killa armor isn’t as good anymore due to armor changes, the new ARma CPC rig is just as good as killa armor and has awesome capacity. Also for the same price as killa armor, you can get the new class 6 slick armor which is current super cheap due to the gift by BSG.

@@lovepeace9727 It doesn't matter so much missing the Stomach as you have surv12 kits etc now. I find most the times I can recover from a blown Stomach and have as much durability for the chest as possible.

Well...I mean, at the first day of the patch (when this new armor was added) , I went on night factory with MP-153 shotty and exp. shells just for gigs. and I killed fully decked out lad with chad-ish M4, OPS core and this armor (It costed ~300k at that time btw) by hitting his stomach 2 times in a row. Pretty sure he was pissed as fucc.
But If he had stomach protection...

old bug when the armor didn't register on the PMC.. it should be fixed but old habit so I just be safe. :)
what was that maneuver at 9:25? you took everything off then reequipped it?
there has been times when your armour points dont count so taking armour off and on again resets the armour stats of your armour.

there's no real way to tell that's why he does it at the start of the raid just to be sure. I havn't heard of this bug for a while maybe it's returned. I'm assuming this is the reason @chippawubba ?

DatGameCollector hey man. atm, buy a few of the Arma CPC rigs. They are going for 120k due to the gift BSG. This rig is pretty much killa Armor (same stats) for 1/3 the cost. Run a m1a in stock format plus site with m80 rounds and 20 round mags. It will be a little over 250k maybe 350k but worth it. :)

So the shotgun hatchling, 4 man squad + you = 6 people. Thought that was the max on Factory. Where'd the guy in the safe room come from then?

Can somebody please explain me what's up with people rocking canted sights when they have perfectly good normal rails to put them on? What's the advantage?
You get better ergo stats by putting the sight on with the canted mount so he did it to get the ads speed buff that comes with higher ergo
Nestoro1236 pretty much what he said, however it doesn’t add ergo stat just gives you a faster ads speed like ergo normally does. :)

RHINO1 I don’t risk it mate, I’m 99% sure it’s not an issue anymore but for us that lives that patch many moons ago, it’s a hard habit to completely stop.

What scope would you recommend for reserve

Either the Valday or Vudu scope mate.
The valday is the best all round scope with clear 1x and 6x
Vudu is really good for long range shots and for more experienced snipers imo
You can go the rifle scope route as well and just attach a Belomo to the ring mount. The March Tactical and Burris FullField are both about 26k each. The 30mm ring mount is 10k. Then the Belomo is 15k. Which equates to about what you'd pay for the fancy assault scopes. March is a 24x and FullField is a 4x. And you don't have to deal with the annoying decrease in sensitivity if you use separate sights.
@@viktoriyaserebryakov2755 Hopefully scoped sensitivity for multiple Magnification scopes should be fixed in the next update, according to a BSG dev on reddit. This means I might actually be able to bear using the valday now.
