Hey Chris! I’m a dental hygienist. 😊 When you were a kid you probably had a fluoride treatment after you had your teeth cleaned. Some treatments recommend you wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking so the fluoride has time to be absorbed into the tooth structure. 🦷

I get patients all the time that had theirs removed or just never wore their removable one and now they’re back wanting Invisalign. Of course that wouldn’t make a DENT for you, but it is a pain…if you choose to have it removed, just have a clear retainer made that you’d only wear at night!

As far as sleep, my first advice is to try and taper off the coffee my man. Delayed caffeine effect is real. I've never been much of a coffee drinker so I guess it's easy for me to say to taper off. Most of the time I don't even drink sodas after 7-8 pm unless I'm off work the next day.
