NEW Canada Digital Nomad Visa & Employment Visa for H1B Visa Holders

At the Collision Conference in Toronto, Immigration Minister Sean Fraser announced what he called a "digital nomad strategy" a type of digital nomad visa that will allow workers with a foreign employer to stay and work in Canada for up to six months. If they get a job offer while in the country, he said, they can remain in Canada even longer. Also, he introduced a new pathway for H1B speciality visa holders in the US to gain employment visa for up to 3 years.
