In 1968 my 6th grade class trip to Delaware was see how cars (plant closed back in the 80's)are made way back when. Building cars today is way different, its quiet and so clean and no one is in a hurry, unless it's break time.

Yeah, until you get one. Then you question your life choices. I wanted one since I was a child, luckily a friend got one before me and I got to see all the problems he had with his $400K car. He had it less than 20K miles and had spent another 30K keeping it together. If you buy it, put it on a rack and leave it, great, but don't drive it much. This broke my heart as it was crushing a dream. But now I see that all Lambo has going for it is really cool design. NOT build quality. Not to mention the price is 3x that what I can get a corvette for.

Muy bien , hasta que se llega a las oficinas los colaboradores estan en mala posicion en sedestacion biomecánica y las pantallas del ordenador no esta a la altura cuello inclinado presion en columna cervical de a lo menos un 25 a 45 por ciento, mal situadas sobre ergonomia nada solo aplicada a los coches , el 90 por ciento de el ausentismo laboral pasa por las conciciones de trabajo y ahi tienen un foco.

Italy is a low wages country. Maybe in Lamborghini not so low. A German worker in VW would probably been payed 3x.
the average salary in Italy is 1850 euros net per month. (by net I am referring to what remains once all taxes have been paid) in Germany it is 2400 euros net and in France it is 1970 net. these are the top three economy of the european union. in reality the Italian data is influenced by southern Italy, which is economically less developed than the north. if we take as a reference only in the north, the average salary is 2290 euros net.
having said that, the salary of a lamborghini worker assigned to the line is 37,500 euros a year, a supervisor 42,500, a department or finance manager 85,000 euros a year. the salaries of the executives and engineers in engine development, bodywork and aerodynamics are not specified, but I imagine they will be higher.
