A man resigned from his company after receiving an offer from TCS around March 2023. However, TCS delayed his joining letter until October 2023, and it is unclear whether he has joined the company yet. As a family man, he found it challenging to make ends meet during this period. And this guy is saying "Hum to patience check kartein hain".
I have been in TCS ,I can confirm whatever he told is not 100% true . 1.Project change is not that easy as he said. 2.Transfer policies are not flexible. 3.Very less hike and approximate same for all whether you work good or not. 4.Sometimes you get support projects where you'll do just shit things. 5.And in 3.5 lakhs ,it's really tough to survive in cities like Mumbai etc. And last ,if you have talent then go for some startup or any good product base company then your growth will be exponential and in IT ,without skills and good project ,you'll not go very far.

This guys is very smart and tried to showcase that TCS' culture and salary is better than product based company but that's not true trust me my friends are working in tcs with low package and on bad project that these guys assigned him randomly and they're not allowing him to change and salary toh m kya hi batau 5k save karta h woh and he is engineer bhaiyo...4 saal lage usko 5k save karne m
