A man resigned from his company after receiving an offer from TCS around March 2023. However, TCS delayed his joining letter until October 2023, and it is unclear whether he has joined the company yet. As a family man, he found it challenging to make ends meet during this period.
And this guy is saying "Hum to patience check kartein hain".

I have been in TCS ,I can confirm whatever he told is not 100% true .
1.Project change is not that easy as he said.
    2.Transfer policies are not flexible.
3.Very less hike and approximate same for all whether you work good or not.
4.Sometimes you get support projects where you'll do just shit things.
5.And in 3.5 lakhs ,it's really tough to survive in cities like Mumbai etc.
And last ,if you have talent then go for some startup or any good product base company then your growth will be exponential and in IT ,without skills and good project ,you'll not go very far.

I am working for 27 years in TCS. Worked day and night . And now Bajaj finance to fund expense . Will go broke in health and wealth after some time. If you have weak personality donot join TCS. Manager tries to control you because they have to because clients are tough . But TCS doesn't cares you increase your value. Only one will face exploitation after exploitation if one personality is weak. TCS recruits people as program manager with 50 lakhs salary. It can give good salaryto keep team member controlled in check. But it is not good for team member. Just think of me after 23 years I get Oracle subscription to learn. I used sit at night reading documents in computers and my eyes to come out. Next day some top guys saying you do not know anything. They have very little concern for employees. They have good ability to insult employees

As a fresher if you are joining with 3.5 LPA, then believe my friend either you are not working hard enough, or you don't know coding at all, or you are mistaken.
If you are working for money then go and join a startup. Work for 3-4 years get a good hike and then join TCS and settle for retirement.
Internal TCS don't have any hike system 😢. I joined TCS as 3.5 LPA and after 3 years my salary is 4.5 LPA.

Agr accha package chahiye toh acche se aptitude test clear karo and interview crack karo. 9lpa wala job mil jaayega. Message to @TCS - Educational background should be assessed based on the quality of knowledge and skills acquired rather than the mode of study. Part-time and distance learning programs, particularly those from reputable institutions like IGNOU can produce graduates who are just as capable as those from traditional full-time courses. In fact they have better knowledge and skills from those traditional full time courses.

Ab I am feeling bad bcz Ajay Suneja bhai n koi data toh collect kiya nhi and he is getting satisfied easily y interview mujhe Modi & Akshay k jaisa laga in which he asked aap aam chheelke khaate ho ya.....😅
