For number 14, I don't know where the scream come from, but if this is real, I could give you some info on it.
It is said that the Banshee screams when about to kill it's victim, and this could be why it sounds so weird. However, Banshee's usually take the form of a crow, and mainly target Holy or rich people. I got this info from a book of Irish creatures, so some of this lore may be changed, depending on the location.

Hey chills so the banshee clip, I was in the Philippines to visit my family and I went to a restaurant and heard a man talking about a loud screech he heard in the woods I asked him about what he thinks it was and said It was a banshee he said it's a Sasquatch like creature who screams are high enough to break glass and after hearing this video I'm starting to believe him I just thought the man was crazy.

I totally reconized it from ghost hunters as well, they spent quite a bit of time on this specific video trying to debunk it
That #5 clip is from Ghost Hunters (TAPS) S01 Episode 5, at the Eastern State penitentiary. It's legitimate footage that is caught and later discovered during their review. The episode is on RUclips, and the discussion about it is around the 20 min mark. It's one of the best evidence clips they ever caught.
A lot of people also believe that the footage was faked as you can also see what appears to be what is possibly a pair of shoes as the figure turns around to run away.

They attempted to recreate the footage but with the pathway it was too difficult to run down and spin around quickly

I recognize that action anywhere, I live in a subtropical climate in Australia! My uncle got his toe bitten by a redback spider when he was younger, and I've found spiders in my work boots before. My answer for number 15: The scariest thing I've had in my shoe was a cockroach.
Because that's the only thing I've found in my shoe.
It was one of my first day of PreSchool, and my dad was helping me put on my shoes. There was crickets and cockroaches that sneak into a our living room, and I left the shoes there overnight. Once I put it on, a cockroach crawled up my leg and I screamed. My dad died from laughing while I cried lol

Number 5 is a video captured by the T.A.P.S. team and was aired on Ghost Hunters from their investigation at Eastern State Penitentiary in Pennsylvania. They're you go brochacho... Now it's no longer an unidentified prison. As for the editing of it... I can't clarify that anymore than the next person, but at least you know a little more about it now for any future reference. Hi chills number 5 is a clip that came from the tv series ghost hunters, it was filmed in one of the prisons they investigated and it's from a locked off night vision camera. As far as I am aware they didn't edit this in.
#5 was at Eastern State Penitentiary. The clip was from when the show Ghost Hunters was there.
they had the best ghost hunting show. they're the only ones that try to disprove hauntings and not hype em up for tv.
