Hope you enjoy soothing fluffy microphone sounds cause we'll have lots of it in this video! I'll be doing you a super relaxing brain massage / head massage with the fluffy cover microphone and include a lot of hand sounds (pulling your negative energy out of your head) as well as breathing sounds and lots of slow close-up ear to ear whispering.
I tried to bring a bit of a very slow version of the legend Baba the cosmic barber, hope you'll enjoy!!

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

“Unclench your jaw” and “let your shoulders drop” always helps me to relax. I don’t even realize it but so much of my body is very tense even in bed, and remembering to let go like that helps so much
I usually listen to the version without the background noises, but today I tried the underwater version. It was a great mix!

With the water sounds and the mic brushing it sounds like the gurgling ocean and crashing waves.
You could make a video called controlling the ocean.. or waves or something... using it to wash over and purify... heal... or remove pains and hurt.
