I have a question. Some of these multi million dollar developers will tell you they are looking for land and give you all the criteria. Then you go put it under contract using transactional funding , then the developer won’t call back and avoid you.
How can you avoid these type of issues. Or how can you keep the deal moving along fast so it can close with another buyer. They all say they are interested then crickets. Should I just be aggressive and say ok sense you are interested, here’s the contract. I need it signed asap. 😂😂😂😂
I’m so stressed out behind this right now. Lol😂. High ticket double closing can be a true pain. Profit will be 100k but if it doesn’t close, I’ll probably may get blackballed out of this industry. Seller, realtor, attorney, funder all took a chance on me. 😢
