Even our stomach go crazy 😂 with restraunt food.. they contain high amount of chilli spices and oil to make it more delicious and very unhealthy... You can always mention for no chilli.. and they will lower the spice level significantly.. but home food is totally different...

I'm glad to see you both interested in our country's various food items so here are my suggestions to you :You should try first pani puri and other Chaat stuffs first like papdi Chaat, Samosa Chaat etc if you come to India as well as you should try pav bhaji, Biryani, naan and spicy vegetable curries are must.
