Watch: Senate procedural vote on foreign aid package, Apr. 24 session part 1

The Senate voted to end debate on a package of bills including aid for Ukraine and Israel later in the day. That result will allow the legislation to proceed for a final up or down vote, which is expected by Wednesday night if not sooner.
