Shakespeare wrote “ be then a jack of all trades but a master of none”, “rather than a master of one”. That last part is seldom quoted today in our drive for specialisation. I was bored with the school system and knew what they were rote memorizing us when I was a teen. I left. I aced my tests. I didn't do the mandatory home work because I already knew. I am the baby of the family that was taught by my older siblings about school. I left and traveled the earth and learnd more than any forced school could ever teach.

We could easily use the British Empire as an analogy. The British Isles was not that large on it's own, but the amount of land encompassed by the British Empire was huge! If the Empire of Atlantis was similar, the central island of Atlantis might not have been that large but the empire it controlled could have stretched over a huge area.

I think that a civilization that went back as far as 100,000 (minimum) to as close to 12,000 years were definitely the ones using chemical lasers, mirrors, resonators..to do that type of stone work. I love Edgar Cayce’s discussion on how there were 3 diff periods of Atlantis in various places around the world and the 3rd an final being the one we hear about in the Atlantic. It’s fascinating to think Of being a world wide maritime culture with advanced technology. If I could go anywhere it would be both Egypt and Bimini! I believe the survivors of Atlantis were who helped erect or build ancient Egypt as well as The South American and Mexico Pyramids. It does make me wonder if the Sumerian culture was also involved. Like how strange different cultures were to people 50yrs ago. Meeting someone from other countries was a culture shock. If these civilizations met Enki, would they have called him something else? Enki and Inca sound similar, Maya& Maat,? The Osirian in Egypt sounds similar to Assyrian, Sirius? Maybe just my own opinion. It also Seems like temples in India with the various carvings of their deities mimic so many to the Mayan & Egyptian civilizations. So the thought of Atlantis being a World wide culture has to be at least a possibility. Right? Too many similarities found in ancient cultures around the world not to have some singular influence. I love maps, and I think the topographical area around Cuba looks a lot like the eye of Horas or Ra. The same as the 4-corners region in the US is in the shape of a fox bedding down. I've read the Plato story translations and throwing everything together, along with gobekli, egypt, south america, rapanui, etc etc... it's all connected! Even the New Zealand Maori word for the sun is Ra! Just don't know how to get the ideas out!
How to get the ideas out? No jive. I have been trying to get these RUclipsrs like Carlson to notice something obvious (to me at least). Athanasius Kircher, a founder of Egyptology, found a map in the Vatican. This ancient map was created in Egypt and brought to Italy by the Romans sometime around 30 BCE. Kircher made a copy of the map and published it in 1669. We have all seen it. Kircher’s world famous Atlantis map is a map of THE GREAT METEOR SEAMOUNT. The Egyptians could not have made a map of something if it was always underwater.
@Stratos IAtlantis is an Egyptian idea, not a Greek idea. The Greeks got it from the Egyptians. Solon learned of it from the Egyptian priest in the temple of Sais and brought the story back to Greece.

There is no way Plato or any of the Greeks should have known about a giant long continent on the other side of the Atlantic. So they must have got it from the Egyptians. Because Plato sure as heck did not make up the American Continent, the end of the last ice age AND the flipping coconut. “The fruits having a Hard Rind, affording drinks and meats and ointments”. Plato should not have known about any of this, so somebody had to tell him. Which points to your question, did Kircher place America on the map, or did the Egyptians? Kircher’s map says right on it, in Latin: "Site of the island of Atlantis, in the sea, from Egyptian sources and Plato's description.". I do not think anyone knows because the original map has not been seen for over three hundred years. We do know the Egyptians considered southern Egypt to be Upper Egypt, and drew their maps accordingly, with South being up. We can assume Kircher redrew the map just the way it was when he saw it. America was placed on one side as reference and Europe and Africa on the other side. There was no way to show the island in any detail and still show its location. So while the island is in scale with itself, the outer locations are shown as merely markers. Markers that locate its place in the ocean. Since he published the map in 1664, he might have put America there himself, going by what Plato wrote. All this means your question is still valid and we may never know - unless someone unveils the original map. The Vatican keeps their library under lock and key because there are secrets in there that they do not want out, like - supposedly - an ancient letter that says that Jesus travelled in India. Does Kircher’s map show where North Carolina bulges out into the ocean? Or does it show the bulge in the continental shelf which is now underwater? We may never know.

I'm very proud of you Johanna. You took the plunge to Egypt. Hung out with Jimmy and other names. Came home and made a great youtube channel about something you love. Your style and editing make you stand out in a good way. It's incredibly difficult to put new information out on this subject matter especially when local governments oppose exploration or they just happen to need a military base on a priceless ancient area that they use as a garbage dump...

Just started binge watching your videos. Loved your wonder at the old stonework in Egypt. I think that a civilization that went back as far as 100,000 (minimum) to as close to 12,000 years were definitely the ones using chemical lasers, mirrors, resonators..to do that type of stone work. You can do a lot of things with alchemy and knowledge of light. This planet is very old, I don't think humans, as we are now, were the first to climb out of some primordial ooze and plant our flags on the highest pyramids..lol.

So Atlantis is such a debated topic.. I love Edgar Cayce’s discussion on how there were 3 diff periods of Atlantis in various places around the world and the 3rd an final being the one we hear about in the Atlantic. It’s fascinating to think Of being a world wide maritime culture with advanced technology. If I could go anywhere it would be both Egypt and Bimini! I believe the survivors of Atlantis were who helped erect or build ancient Egypt as well as The South American and Mexico Pyramids. It does make me wonder if the Sumerian culture was also involved. Like how strange different cultures were to people 50yrs ago. Meeting someone from other countries was a culture shock. If these civilizations met Enki, would they have called him something else? Enki and Inca sound similar, Maya& Maat,? The Osirian in Egypt sounds similar to Assyrian, Sirius? Maybe just my own opinion. It also Seems like temples in India with the various carvings of their deities mimic so many to the Mayan & Egyptian civilizations. So the thought of Atlantis being a World wide culture has to be at least a possibility. Right?
Too many similarities found in ancient cultures around the world not to have some singular influence. I love maps, and I think the topographical area around Cuba looks a lot like the eye of Horas or Ra. The same as the 4-corners region in the US is in the shape of a fox bedding down. The Mississippi valley looks like a fetus with an umbilical chord. Maybe it’s random but maybe not.
I just came across this video, I li9on the west coast mid, off the Oregon coast look close, some mabey buildings and roads out lines I see, many years Google' earth ect. Never heard or seen anything on this anomaly. Thank you for your awesome videos.
man I have so many ideas around Atlantis from Randal and Jimmy theories, Uncharted X, Ancient architects, Graham Hanckock... and also from Graham Langdon - the Indie Archeology guy (he needs more followers!) I've read the Plato story translations and throwing everything together, along with gobekli, egypt, south america, rapanui, etc etc... it's all connected! Even the New Zealand Maori word for the sun is Ra! Just don't know how to get the ideas out!

How to get the ideas out? No jive. I have been trying to get these RUclipsrs like Carlson to notice something obvious (to me at least). Athanasius Kircher, a founder of Egyptology, found a map in the Vatican. This ancient map was created in Egypt and brought to Italy by the Romans sometime around 30 BCE. Kircher made a copy of the map and published it in 1669. We have all seen it. Kircher’s world famous Atlantis map is a map of THE GREAT METEOR SEAMOUNT. The Egyptians could not have made a map of something if it was always underwater.
@Stratos IAtlantis is an Egyptian idea, not a Greek idea. The Greeks got it from the Egyptians. Solon learned of it from the Egyptian priest in the temple of Sais and brought the story back to Greece.

Plato actually describes the American continent: “and was the way to other islands, and from these you might pass TO THE WHOLE OF THE OPPOSITE CONTINENT WHICH SURROUNDED THE TRUE OCEAN; for this sea which is within the Straits of Heracles is only a harbour, having a narrow entrance, BUT THAT OTHER IS A REAL SEA, AND THE SURROUNDING LAND MAY BE MOST TRULY CALLED A BOUNDLESS CONTINENT."
There is no way Plato or any of the Greeks should have known about a giant long continent on the other side of the Atlantic. So they must have got it from the Egyptians. Because Plato sure as heck did not make up the American Continent, the end of the last ice age AND the flipping coconut. “The fruits having a Hard Rind, affording drinks and meats and ointments”. Plato should not have known about any of this, so somebody had to tell him.
Which points to your question, did Kircher place America on the map, or did the Egyptians? Kircher’s map says right on it, in Latin: "Site of the island of Atlantis, in the sea, from Egyptian sources and Plato's description.". I do not think anyone knows because the original map has not been seen for over three hundred years. We do know the Egyptians considered southern Egypt to be Upper Egypt, and drew their maps accordingly, with South being up. We can assume Kircher redrew the map just the way it was when he saw it. America was placed on one side as reference and Europe and Africa on the other side. There was no way to show the island in any detail and still show its location. So while the island is in scale with itself, the outer locations are shown as merely markers. Markers that locate its place in the ocean. Since he published the map in 1664, he might have put America there himself, going by what Plato wrote.
All this means your question is still valid and we may never know - unless someone unveils the original map. The Vatican keeps their library under lock and key because there are secrets in there that they do not want out, like - supposedly - an ancient letter that says that Jesus travelled in India.
Does Kircher’s map show where North Carolina bulges out into the ocean? Or does it show the bulge in the continental shelf which is now underwater? We may never know.
