- (5-11-2015) Here is a tour of this amazing hotel! I had a wonderful stay here and the front desk staff was the best I ever encountered in a hotel or motel with the exception of their security staff. I was actually harassed by their security and almost kicked out of the hotel for trying to take this video.

I was on the 18th Floor at this EXACT hotel. Checked in at September 9th and Left on September 11. No shits given that day. I wanted to live.
@Kevin Duggan p
Omg, did you see the south tower collappsed in front of you? What was the sensation. It's 400 metrs of debris dat fall down
I like the music that plays, when you are by the lobby of the hotel!
+MP.4 Channel It totally matches the look of the lobby!
Oh yes
Yes I too like the music
Me too
@Iamthebest452 It's also pretty good
This building was just trashed on 9/11. They did an amazing job repairing it.
+Dana Danarosana Its only been 14 years plenty of time to fix
bigpopparand1 I just meant this was right across the street. The American Express bldg. which was further up the block had to be torn down.
+Dana Danarosana yeh horrible day as I am originally from nyc
before september 11 the elevators used to be otis series 1
This building didn't exist then
That's one of the biggest and nicest hotel rooms I've ever seen! The view is really beautiful. And ThyssenKrupp paid for this? They never cease to impress me. Defiantly the best elevator company, in my opinion.
Agreed ThyssenKrupp is the best elevator company in my opinion. I always feel safe when I am in one of their elevators, it’s also nice when they upload videos about their products and explain how the system works.
So if you ever happen to get stuck in one of their elevators you might actually know what’s wrong because they describe how their systems work.
We booked the same room for June this year :) really looking forward to see this city + this hotel
We booked it so we have a central point to take us to many different boroughs in NY
Thanks for the video of the room tour man
This is what made us decide to take this hotel!
Can't wait to see New York for the first time ever!
Awesome. This makes me happy. Make sure you tell the hotel you found it from this video!!
@@DieselDucy i will do that :) thanks again man! :)
These hotel tours never get old!!
A "Gameboy" on the nightstand is awesome. (Phone cover, I presume?) Beautiful hotel. Thanks for the tour!
Very cool of ThyssenKrupp to put you up here; you've certainly done a great job at showcasing these companies through your videos so well earned.
DieselDucy, I thought I would throw this out there, but as you walked in there, I had a sinking feeling in my gut that you were going to be kicked out again. Thank goodness they welcomed you back! I so wanted to get a view last time.
This was actually filmed before the guard harassed me
***** I see. I loved your hat on the bed.
+David Stott wait he got kicked out? What happened?
+Mister McFakeName Yes. Well, almost. It somehow had to do with a guard who was in doubt and was likely on a power trip. They have since let DieselDucy come back.
+David Stott This was filmed before he almost got thrown out !!
I plan to go to NYC again this year, and if I do, I will *definitely* visit this place. I of course cannot see the view, but the elevators sound awesome, and 55 floors... I just can't resist. Nice hotel.
+The Highrise Elevator Lover!!!! Well guess what, I saw the indicator ahead. It said 38 one it beeped. It beeped 8 times for 48. The number was 4802. 55 has a reception desk. also there is a sign with no braille saying this hotel is for guests and resturaunt partons only
+QuarioQuario54321 I counted the floor passing chimes in both of dieselducy's videos, and it beeps consistantly for the floors served.
Stayed in the governors suite top floor was the best experience of my life 10/10
Stayed there last december, really enjoyed the place. Had a good view of the oculus and one world trade from our room. Would definately stay there again
I have been to this building before; just the first floor to look for a bathroom (which I could not find)🚽.
It is a big hotel
Yes @@DieselDucy. 55 floors. I went there after seeing Ground Zero. I couldn’t go up because i didn’t have time to use the bathroom. At least I’ve been there lol.
Had a great stay on 54, Thank you Hilton, BEYER Hilton
Hey if your out of toilet paper you can call the front desk from the bathroom lol
Lollollollollollol XD
they have a lot of that in hotels in Vegas and Hawaii lol
Again this is a very nice video. It is my favorite. I love your videos
This is a really nice hotel. I really like the rooms and the elevators with the concave Series 3 fixtures. My only possible complaint is that the elevators don't have the Series 3 (Luxury) chimes.
This is a nice hotel. This was a great tour of the hotel. This hotel was very tall. A lot of buildings in New York City are tall.
I'm staying there next week
What was your experience? We have booked in three weeks!
Enjoy
Great job on this tour video. Well done
4am and most services are closed, thought it was the 'city that never sleeps' or is that just a saying?
Obviously 🙄
It’s a saying..... unless it the summer
That view is awesome
Great video Andrew!
Out of all the hotel tours you did. This hotel is the nicest out of all the hotel tours you did. If I ever go to Times Square I think I’m staying at the Millennium Hilton.
AWESOME! Thanks for the compliment.
I have stayed in the Mariott right next to the Trade Center i loved it and it also had a 38-story hotel with Kone elevators
Beautiful room with and amazing view!
fantastic hotel just stayed there for a week, my room was over looking the same area but I was on the 28th floor.
That's a tall and very nice hotel! Love ur hotel tours!
Wonderful tour…..thanks a lot for sharing it ❤
Thanks
I'm a bit surprised they're not using newer proximity key cards. Very interesting layout too. 5th floor reminds me a lot of an office building. Definitely a great view though!
This hotel now used the RFID keys
I stayed in a two floor suite! It was incredible!
Lianna Was there an elevator in the room? Lol
One word can describe this room. WOW! I certainly could never afford this kind of room on my own. And I'll just bet you felt like you were being launched in that elevator as it went up.
Thank You for this review!!
I find that this is a really nice hotel in this video
I think this is the nice hotel you ever shown Andrew
I thought I would mention that this hotel is no longer owned by Hilton. It is now owned by Millenium hotels, and this iis now called the Millenium Downtown New York
I have heard about that. I wonder if it has gone down hill?
@@DieselDucy i might be going there soon to check up on it when I go to NYC soon
Please do an in depth tour of your elevator museum and the lock museum.
That hotel is nice especially with that gorgeous view 🤩
Wow that is actually one of the fastest elevators I’ve ever seen but there’s even faster ones wow
That’s an awesome hotel! I live an hour away from the hotel, so I do recall the name of this hotel, but never stayed in it before!
Awesome.
Steven and Lynne barter stated here they loved it!
Unfortunately, this hotel is no longer owned or operated by Hilton. It’s now an independent “Millennium” brand
Yeah. probably going down hill.
Two TVs in a hotel room, I've had in a holiday inn express in Montreal and I was on my own
That view of One World Trade Center is great
Wait which building were they able to fix after 9/11 for the World Trade Center???
@@ilovelolsurprise3419 They fixed the World Financial Center, but the Twin Towers as well as all the other World Trade Center buildings were destroyed or torn down
Hotel Attraction
L. Floor lobby
3. Restaurant and bar
4. Meeting room
5. Business and fitness center
31-55. Hotel rooms
Correct :)
Nice hotel and I've never seen a corner room before - very unique.
+andrew filmer Memang tapi agak beda dikit.
7:36 Woah watch yourself there dieselducy.
I love this guy's vids
I love Hilton and that view, but that particular hotel looks kind of dated to my eye.
Btw, the elevator you rode up is the slower one which runs 1200fpm and the other two runs 1400fpm
I love your hotel tours! Keep it up DieselDucy! ;)
Awesome tour .
Nice place and didn't you say you filmed this at 4 in the morning?
Hello I'm a Mac, and I'm a PC, and you can see us both only at the Millenium Hilton Business Center.
Mac
Thank you for the hotel tour
youre welcome :)
I actually stayed here in Room 4802 in July 2017! The Millennium Hilton is an great hotel. It’s actually my favorite hotel in the world. I loved my stay here and didn’t want to go home to Boston. Definitely a great hotel in Lower Manhattan to stay at.
Gotta love Hilton!
Hotels like this make me feel like I'm not handsome enough to get a room.
Absolutely gorgeous.
I've stayed in NYC before at the midtown hilton! They have OTIS as well. Can you do a video there next time? Thanks! :)
Going There In December
I’ve Been Up In That Building.
Nice Hotel! I think it is the same hotel where the security harassed you! In Germany, you cant take a video of thinks in Public, because every person close to the camera is asking, what are you doing and they do not want that, what you do! :( I think its because the most persons in germany are over 50 and don't know much about videos or taking photos!
Sorry 4 my bad english ^^

Flipster It was
I Actually LIVE In New York City!
imagine overlooking jumpers on 9/11 at 6:57 ...there are also stories of hauntings from room tennants overlooking the wtc site ghostly figures on the windows...which obviously doest not happen to everyone....
I Stayed At The New York Hotel.
5:01 The lights blink yellow and red is because the security guard thinks you’re trespassing, you are not a guest in this hotel, even though you are a guest in this hotel and your correct room number!
Possibly.
Front desk, Concierge and bar when you enter the hotel .
I was just dreaming of a 20th floor hotel room depending on the past and future years of this century
The room actually looks like a motel room. I worked for Kingsgate which is a brand of Millennium and it looked like these room, cheap
Amazing hotel!
Nice Otis Luxery elevators!!
I’ve seen that hotel after I got out of the World Trade Center Subway Station
New York City has some of these AWESOME-HOTELS!
I stayed a week here,
July 1999. It was awesome
then & looks even better
now! We tried to get out
as much as possible to
walk to Times Square,
accidentally discover an
NYPD precinct (which was
a legendary experience in itself, especially for a crazy #SVU junkie!) & generally
getting lost just running
around free in NY as youngsters (I was 21 lol)
Although, being from the
good ol' Midwest, $400/night
'twas a tad shocking. Our
room was a simple double
but looked almost exactly
the same - bathrooms were
exactly the same... and most
importantly, CLEAN. The
whole hotel experience
was good, but I did expect
a bit more luxury for my
$400/night, but I know how
much more everything costs
in lower #Manhattan. I'm
afraid to know the pricing
in 2017! In a hotel like this in
StL or KC, it would be at
least half that 1999 price
for a better room than
we peasants had back
then. Overall, it was
pretty awesome 👌
#NYC #Hotels
I like both night and day view
With Otis Luxury elevators in this hotel then with high-rise for ones and low-rise for ones also.
Who else is trying so hard to imagine the Twin Towers from the bedroom?
Very nice hotel in New York City
hey wait a minute, wasn't this the same hotel you got harassed by the security guard?
I heard that the staff won’t let guests stay in the side facing Ground Zero due to hauntings
Enkindled Minstrel hum maybe true because many souls died on 9-11 :(
Awesome! great for my minecraft World Trade Center project
Nice Hotel!

I can't Belive that i was here 5 months ago. Im from Argentina
Those elevators look like the one at Las Vegas You should go there
I definitely love Hilton’s brand it’s was goo. This location is in. Hilton universal studio. Los Angeles California I seriously recommend it so much! :D
I love elevators and hotels
Today it's 5-11-2015, the date from your video.
(5-11-2015 aka 5 Nov 2015)
The elevator is very fast 🤩🤩🤩
it was!
I saw you got caught by the security guard and he did not believe that you were a Guest on the fire service video
awesome hotel but this time you didnt turn on the faucet nor flush the toilet :/
This hotel was modeled after the 2001:a space Odyssey monolith.
cool!
The hotel room is got a coffee station and a fridge
You could not pay for the drinks in the mini bar by drinking the soda in the can and putting the empty can back in
DieselDucy, How Long Till You Go Back To Roanoke, VA?
3:20 why couldn't you get back?
Some hotel 🛍️🏨 rooms have kitchens but some of them don't
Yep
I have never stayed here, but I have been in the lobby of this-hotel, and I knew that this would be a nice-hotel!
I just love this place SOOOOOO much! This hotel costs near $5,000,000.
Not at all. DieselDucy even said in the comments is costs $250 a night.
+Avery Clarkson I don't know any hotel throughout the continent that costs that much. I've probably have only seen up to $2K/night as a top of the line price.
Actually, after research; around the continent, the highest price I've seen for a top of the line room is around $50K/night in a Penthouse at Four Seasons Hotel, Manhattan.
the same one where the sercurity guard busted you! PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT AN CRIME!
