Get your self a tens machine, see a chiropractor, get massage therapy and get to the gym and strengthen your muscles. You need to get out of the driver seat at least every 2 hours and walk around. I’ve been there brother. Please take care of your self. You and Captain John are the reason I got into truckping

Man, I have had some really, really bad back problems. The best thing you can do is lose weight and strengthen your core, stretch your legs, hard.
And stay the heck away from surgeries and pills. They only work for a little while.
JJ did you call Tucson Orthopedic Institute, and there is an another Dr I know Western Neurological Center Dr Sipos. He is a wonderful Neurosurgeon!! I hope things work out for you !!🙏
I called Tucson Orthopedic institute. They have a lot of locations around but after speaking to their main billing office they confirmed that they do not accept the Nevada fee schedule. I didn't check Western neurological center. I'll give them a call tomorrow. Thanks!
