So far my best team for Battle 5, Do-Do Bird has been OG Speedy, OG Marvin, Scarlet Tweety, and OG SHeepdog with Iron Jackets. They all end up dying, but I get Do-Do to ~10k HP left and can come back in and win pretty handily after a heal. It relies on keeping him stunned and speed downs from OG Speedy's initial single-target special. Anyone have any luck with other toons?

Mostly his speed, but he hits really hard too. He's a _single toon_ with 437k power -- that's essentially an RnD boss!
